Booked this as a Hugh family holiday a group of 13 / 4 family's a honest review which we all found 1st the rooms- Pros- Was clean Cons- we had a room on 1st floor which wasn't ideal asked for a ground floor but refused unless we paid extra 40 euros a night (other family members didn't have to pay extra they paid the same as us and recieved a ground floor) that was disappointing so kept with the 1st floor the stairs where quite steep and the hand rail needed looking at as was loose. The room itself was small nowhere to put your suitcases and the shower and toilet was in the room with just a screen for privacy. I didn't have a problem with this but my husband did and ended up getting up early to use toilets on site rather than the room. The noise from neighbours were bad I could hear kids running up and down the stairs at 12 clock and one night someone snoring. The walls are very thin. You do not recieve a safe in the room or a kettle however you do get a coffee pod machine with no instructions so that never got used. The fridge is small and in honestly not fit for purpose. The Complex- Pros: Looks beautiful more so than other hotels in the area. The entertainment was good most nights. The pool was a hit with my daughter however us adults couldn't really use it as kids dont feel the cold as was sooo cold Cons: The slides should have a warning on as one of them was very fast and my sister badly brusing her back on it. Be warned you have pay a euro for a plastic glass everytime you want a drink. You are meant to get refunded when u bring it back with a receipt but if u like us and buy rounds some people not quite finished there drinks this became costly its a con..they must of made hundreds from us. And one night we took all glasses back and refused to refund us half of them as we didn't have some receipts...plus if u did get a refund it would take 3 days to recieve it back in bank..this seriously needs to be changed don't know any other hotel doing this. Food- we paid for breakfast however u can have lunch and dinner and pay at hotel . i wouldnt bother thoug it was muck. Breakfast was buffet style as expected at 1st looked like a great variety not many English dishes to choose from besides cold beans yes cold beans and cold egg. I mean maybe they don't know that beans suppose to be hot the bacon looked like it wasnt even cooked. There was other meats there i didnt even bother trying and just had toast and cold beans and the coffee was vile ...never saw a teabag dont think its a thing in spain at that point. So persevered for a couple of days until we couldn't eat it anymore and went off site and found a lovely little cafe that done nice breakfasts with a mug of tea. Lunch and dinner were also buffet style we tried it one night cost me and daughter 38 euros and was unpleasant think it was fish night so we had cold chips. .there wasn't much variety of anything else for kids they did have finger pizzas but was so bad..never went back for dinner ag

Started of with being beautiful couldn’t fault it at all untill the last day we woke up in the morning to the most horrifying fungi in our room and children becoming poorly seemed medical advise once home. No explanation to how it got there or what it was hotel only offered a late check out! I’ve complained and requested a refund and still waiting for a response. Never in my life have I seen anything like it. It was ALIVE🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

We have just got back from a 4 night stay. And I can honestly say I can’t fault a thing. As a family with 2 adults and 18 year old and a 2 year old everything was great Rooms are nice and clean , bed comfy. Travel cot was great for my daughter. All the staff from reception to bar staff are very friendly and helpful I was a little nervous after booking due to some of the bad reviews but honestly ignore them. We went half bored and the foods great. No issues Night time entertainment is great every night. The pool water is a little cold but it’s fine. No fight for sun beds ever. Kids loved the pool Food was lush at the pool bar as well. Will definitely be going back.

Stayed for 3 nights just myself & teenage daughter. We moved from another hotel as it wasn't great. Really clean & modern. Staff are really good. I'd say they are more professional than friendly if that makes sense but they couldn't do enough for you. Entertainment really stands out, it's excellent. Slides & obstacles n the pool were a hit. No inflatables allowed. It seems to be common in Salou & I can't see why especially in such a large pool We had a garden room on the ground floor so had a terrace. I'm not sure I'd like the second level as no outside area. I'd probably stay again if going to Salou but honestly it was years since I'd last been and wasn't mad about it in general. Having been in areas further north & south in Spain and to Italy the past few years Salou wasn't doing it for us

We stayed here for 7 days with 2 Families, Great swimming pooling and slides for the kids etc, The food wasn’t the greatest, Any food that wasn’t used from the previous evenings dinner was served for breakfast or lunch the following day, The rooms are quite small and cleaners arrived every day, We noticed on our room door there was a gap at the bottom of the door were bugs and Ants can get into the room, My Wife and child had bug bites on the back of their legs one morning when they woke up, We looked and found Ants underneath the bed, Would I stay here again, NO

My son had a football tournament and this was the hotel arranged by the organizers. We have had a really pleasant stay. Room was clean and comfortable and there is a great pool with plenty to keep kids happy and entertained. Food was good and there was choice. Only thing I would say is they don’t have safety deposit boxes, so meant carrying around your passport. But it didn’t impact our stay.

Room: the worst designed rooms ever! Modern and good condition, yes, but so badly designed. They are tiny! I have never stayed in a 4* that has no storage and does not provide pool towels. The rooms are meant to be suitable for a family of 4 but have no wardrobe! No balcony! No space! A shower in the room, a toilet in the room and a sink in the middle. So awkward. Even if you are completely comfortable with your family it throws up issues such as getting yourself ready for bed after putting g the kids down.. you can’t have lights on or any private space to do this. If someone wants to be awake, everyone has to be. Sound proofing is also an issue, could hear children screaming and crying from neighbouring rooms. Crazy design to not incorporate a balcony, no space to dry wet towels and clothes, truly awful. Rooms not fit for a family of 4. Pool: as mentioned, no pool towels are provided. The pools are very nice though, well maintained and very good children’s facilities. Enough sun beds and very attentive lifeguards. Food: food is fine. It’s not bad, it’s not great, it’s fine and as expected. Variety is quite poor, especially breakfast Bar: another bizarre thing about this place is a deposit for a plastic glass. Not sure why they do this and basically just makes every drink 1 euro more expensive. Bar service very slow. Card or pre paid card only. Entertainment: kids mini disco very good and engaging. All other entertainment we saw was dated and poor. Customer Service: reception staff were very very helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff were more stand offish Location is good and convenient for Salou and the beach. Would never be able To recommend this hotel sadly dies to the horrendous rooms Location:

An amazing hotel staff go above and beyond to accommodate you. Rooms are amazing facilities are first class would highly recommend this hotel and we will be coming back. Pool facilities are amazing very spacious clean and lots of fun for children.

Great hotel, great staff, kids loved it! Best pools I’ve been to in a hotel. Rooms modern and clean. We’ll be back next summer for sure. And we don’t normally go back to the same place. The beach is close walking so dead handy and loads of other nice beaches too
