I have written a complaint about my stay. Staff are very rude with an attitude. Poo stains on wall need toilet, no soap in showers, TV not working, no pool table as per pictures. Terrible stay. Please avoid at all costs.

Good location near many restaurants and the beach. Room was comfortable.

Muy mal servicio. El desayuno de pesima calidad y ademas hay que hacer cola para entrar. Cafe y zumos malisimos, es mejor desayunar fuera. Nos teniamos que marchar a las 10 del hotel (check out), y a las 9 una chica de la la limpieza ha entrado en la habitacion cuando aun estabamos en la cama. Una falta de respeto, si van a entrar a limpiar que sea despues de las 10 no ? Que es cuando desalojamos la habitacion.

Todo correcto a falta de aire acondicionado en la habitación, desayuno correcto y personal muy amable

La ubicación de este Hotel es perfecta, cerca de supermercados, de la playa y de varios restaurantes y bares. Puedes ir caminando tranquilamente por los alrededores. El hotel es limpio y habitaciones amplias.

Not a great experience at all. First few days were ok but then it went down hill from there. Most of staff are very rude! I think the only staff who were great was house keeping… Reception staff aren’t helpful at all, my partner dropped my beach towel of balcony by mistake and it had fell in the room below us. We went to reception to see if they could help us, but the lady on shift must have been finishing her shift so told my partner to wait. ( he waited 30 mins) for then her too leave… my partner asked the new receptionist and he did sort it eventually- They have no interest in helping you. The restaurant isn’t great not a lot of choices for kids. A staff member working at the front of house was extremely rude. I came in with my little boy for breakfast (only 2 year old) and grabbed him his breakfast as he was hungry went to sit down and a staff member approached abruptly and told me I had to leave because of what I was wearing. However I had a bikini top on but I had a cover up on. This was frustrating as at the time there was about four people in the restaurant who were pretty much dressed the same as me. The way she approached me was disgraceful, especially when it was just me and my little boy, I felt very embarrassed and targeted.We ended up eating out for breakfast for the rest of the days. YOU NEED TO STATE IN YOUR POLICY ABOUT CLOTHING IN RESTAURANT THIS WASN’T MADE AWARE! This hotel is definitely not for families we won’t be staying here again and I definitely don’t recommend.

Room was very basic, it had 3 single beds in which made it very cramped, only one English Channel on the small tv which was a news channel. Restaurant staff were not the friendliest. Be prepared for a lot of noise as there were frequent groups of screaming school kids and young football teams. On a positive side, the hotel is ideally placed for the town centre and beach, food was plentiful, if not the best, you could always find something to eat. Adding everything up, we wouldn’t return to this hotel.

The hotel was clean and tidy and the location is fab however, there is not much else positive to say. The food was ok but was never hot enough in the restaurant. The snack bar served Toasties, hotdogs and burgers and were all made to order so eat here mostly. The beer and wine were nice but all the spirits (vodka, Malibu etc) tasted cheap and very watered down. The staff were miserable and never spoke to any of us (group of 10) quite rude really. I always felt uncomfortable asking for anything as the staff made you feel it was too much for them. We would always say please and thank you but the staff just look straight through you. We paid all inclusive however there were many other guests paying for drinks. Very strange how the pay as you go customers received glasses/mugs but all inclusive received plastic cups. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to families and children. The entertainment was non existent apart from a Michael Jackson show one evening that lasted less than an hour. There are no parasols around the pool at all so could not shade when needed. The air con in the room didn’t work and the beds were quite uncomfortable/hard. We had an end room so the balcony was huge and had a slight sea view. Most of the guests here were of retirement age. There were also some school trips going on with 30+ kids using the pool on a few occasions but they weren’t a problem. We wouldn’t return to the hotel as it’s not a family hotel and wish we’d done more Research before coming. Unless you’re retired and don’t mind rude staff don’t come here.

Upon arrival we noticed something was not right the hotel was average for a 3 star half way through the hoilday we found out it was being use as a processing centre for asylum seekers the hotel lobby was constantly full off them and it got worse in the night kept on getting woke up with coaches off them coming in the food was awful the only good thing was it was central to the ***** where you can go for food

Hotel was standard package holiday experience. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. I was here for 5 nights half board. On the second day I was told I had to go to another hotel for my food. It became apparent why, the hotel has become home to asylum seekers. It looks like around 100/150 of so they had use of the restaurant. I was offered by the holiday company to move to a sister hotel but didn’t see the point seeing as though I only had 1 more night left. If I had been offered this at the beginning of the week I would have taken it. I feel sorry for anyone arriving for a holiday in the next few days. Food was ok a bit bland but bearable. Very close to beach and shops etc. Would not come back here though due to the possibility of more asylum seekers. This hotel shouldn’t be sold as a package holiday destination if this is going to keep happening.
