Just came back from a 1 week holiday as a group of 6 adults and 2 under 5s. Firstly, I'll list the good things about this place, as there weren't many: We had a room on the first floor with a decent view of the pools, the food was decent enough at times and the snacks and self serve drinks were ideal and had variety. Now, let's address the bad: The rooms were very basic and beige and outdated. They could do with a spruce up. The cleaners cleaned your rooms when and if they felt like it when the do not disturb sign was off and they cleaned it to a very minimal basic standard, our bed sheets weren't changed once during our stay, just made up with the same dirty sheets and the towels were rarely changed. Upon arrival, the man at check-in was quite abrupt and spoke very broken English and couldn't quite grasp the concept that we were a group of 8 with 3 rooms booked and despite the family room being ready and mine and my partner's room being ready, my parents had to wait almost an hour for theirs, after a long day of travelling. The offerings at lunch and tea time were hit and miss, sometimes the food was fully stocked and there were various options for all but some days at meal times, the food was cold, lacking in choice and not restocked to cater for the masses of guests. Considering we came all inclusive, you had to pay a refundable deposit of 10 euros PER beach towel, a part refundable deposit of 25 euros for a key to the safe in your room to keep your valuables in, 14 non refundable euros if you wanted 1 of the 2 family beach beds by the pool and the adults only bar terrace with pool was off limits to all inclusive guests, as that was also including a fee. If you wanted a BOTTLE of WATER from the bar, it was 1 euro, whereas bottles of wine were included in all-inclusive. Where is the logic here? Some of the meal time staff were smiley and polite, whereas most were abrupt and just plain rude and looked like they really didn't want to be there. The spa amenities, i.e., the Turkish baths, sauna, steam room, and hot tub, were great. However, you were conned into paying for a swim cap, or else you couldn't use them. The entertainment staff were very lacking, they run activities, but expect you to just look at the timetable and join in, none of them announce the activities over the microphone or come round and ask you to join, I have never stayed in a hotel where the entertainment team have been less interested in getting the guests to join in. The lifeguards were useless at their actual job role. Children were allowed to climb on top of waterslides and up them and stand on high walls and play in the pool unsupervised by a parent. The only thing they were interested in was standing and chatting to each other and turfing off people's belongings if they'd left their sunbeds for less than 20 minutes. We were explicity told that sunbeds could be left unoccupied with belongings on for no longer than 30 minutes, however, one day, we walked to the local supe
