The hotel noise insulation is not up to par, unfortunately seems like the neighbours like to run around upstairs or walks loudly. Otherwise perfect location with starbucks next door. Some weird policy guidelines that you need to sign on to check in.

It is not scary at all. Health is ok, much better than Days Hotel. I chose this because the hotels in Monterey during the summer are too expensive, the prices here are much more affordable and the service is good.
