The Big Bathrooms, the elegant and traditionally furnished rooms and property, the perfect size pool with a tree and environment to chill and have fun with friends. Obviously, everything was clean and organized (ADHD satisfied). Colorful birds trying to eat the fruit from the tree, skin tan, ham and cheese sandwich, room service and hospitality, lounge area with some amazing stuff showcased for viewing and the list goes on. We were a mix of people, who have lived in a dorm and 7-star hotels, and ALL of us had the best weekend ever! We reached at 3AM (15-hour road-trip went well) and Avita made sure we were received properly and get us checked into our rooms.

A Nostalgic 50th Birthday Celebration at Lar Amorosa I celebrated my 50th birthday with my family at Lar Amorosa, and it was nothing short of magical. With 23 of us gathered, this beautiful place provided the perfect setting for a warm and memorable get-together in Goa. The old-world charm of Lar Amorosa is captivating. The building itself, with its stunning architecture and exquisite furniture, evokes a sense of nostalgia that perfectly complemented this milestone celebration. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, adding to the joy of the occasion. What made it truly special was the hospitality. Aavita and her family went above and beyond to make us feel at home, extending a genuine sense of belonging and warmth. They turned my 50th birthday into an unforgettable experience, filled with love and cherished memories. If you're looking for a place in Goa to celebrate with the ones you love, Lar Amorosa is an absolute gem.

Best stay with Portuguese experience in centre proximity of North Goa. Owner was nice and building was impressive with old charm. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi are fun but for small group. They have ample parking space even though property is on narrow main road connecting Calangute and other places. Only let down was breakfast as me being vegetarian there is only one choice ***** with toast and bread items are provided, service at restaurant was very slow. Overall it was fun experience for whole of my family.

Good property giving full Goa vibes with Portuguese heritage and interiors. Breakfast was very good. The jungle cafe restaurant was awesome in taste and in decoration. Must recommended for 2 days stays. All continental food options was available with great breakfast.

Stayed two nights. It was good to experience the Portuguese features, furniture and architecture. We visited Panaji Latin quarter as planned then the next day. They say that the people of India do not walk anywhere. I am not suprised, there are very few paths. Dominic and Evita made us welcome . Our room was superb. The Jungle Cafe was nice. The food was very good there, and in the Hotel where we had breakfast. The all round service was exceptional. The staff are a credit to the Hotel. We don't normally give a five out of five, but in this case it warrants it.

We checked in on 26th December 23 the manager Patrik and the owner both had tall promises but none were true English breakfast promised only omelet and bread was served Ordered separately for sausage was told no sausage available then they bring 2 pcs of cocktail sausage Ordered for hash brown which was shallow fried in oil which was pre used for frying aloo paratha We asked for room cleaning and left around 11:30 am came back at 8:30 no room cleaning no dustbin cleaning not toilet cleaning was done no water was provided in the room When we called the manager Patrik he says there must have been some reason We decided to check out on 28th instead of 30th December they did not refund our 7500 inr The manager says he is new and the staff is playing politics against him The owner talk sweet but even he was trying to justify and supported the cheating 7500 from us Would suggest never stay here you will only find your self may be cleaning your room. Their staff are least bothered about clients For our Chauffet they charged 1500 with not even a cup of tea Wish we could rate them negative
