Wow Bison Woods Resort Yercaud

Super house keeping and great stay. Facilities provided was very nice. Navin, Alamelu, Vijaya and Unnamalai did excellent cleanliness and were very supportive. We would recommend the hotel to everyone. Keep up the good work and thank you!

We stayed for 2 nights, and we all had an awesome experience. Everyone from the admin staff to the kitchen staff all were kind and lovely. The food was sumptuous and spoilt for choice! Kudos to the chef Mr.Balamurugan. The Gardner thatha [Mr.Muniyandi] was a big hit with our kids. The housekeeping staff [I could get only the name of Mr. Santhosh] were ever smiling. On the 2nd day when they cleaned our tent, we were quite surprised to see the towel art as they made a teddy out of it, holding our kids' monkey toy. The other kitchen staff Mr.Prabhakaran was also a hit with our kids. He was ever smiling and patiently explained the food items available for us. The surroundings were quite serene and green that you won't feel like moving out of the resort. We were told that most of the vegetables used for cooking comes form their own garden. The sit out area attached to each of the tent is super, with the hammock and Dhaba-style cot where you can just doze off for ages. Few suggestions that can be looked at: 1) Good to have a Tip Box [I have conveyed this to the manager, Mr. Vivek who patiently listened to me] 2) In the tents, it would be good to have a screen put on the glass segment separating the bathroom and wash area 3) MAP plan could be little-bit subsidized Overall, it was an awesome experience that we cannot forget. Would definitely want to come back for another stay. One of the best places to stay in Yercaud! Keep up the good work!

Great ambience,excellent rooms,friendly and polite staffs,tasty foods especially the chef Mr.Balavinayagam throws himself to all the tables to meet and greet the guests to fill their plates and hearts with delicious food items.Swimming pool and other indoor activities for childrens.
