The best hotel I have stayed in . From Jaafar to the whole team, reception to housekeeping , restaurant to security. A smile and a welcome from all. All issues dealt with in a polite and businesslike manner , always keeping in mind customer satisfaction. Absolutely refreshing , the entire team are a credit to the Fairmont brand , the management style , culture and in essence to the whole of the amazing country of Morroco. Well done all , many thanks for an amazing stay. I will be back.

This was our first stop in Morocco. We decided to get a nice hotel where we were able to get over the Jetlag. This hotel did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious, luxurious and super comfortable. The pool on the roof was small, but adequate. The location at first was not ideal, but proved to be great, because you’re able to take one of the local boats across the river into Rabat and come home to a serene and quiet area.

We’ve had a great time staying at the Fairmont! The hotel looks amazing, breakfast has lots of options and the staff was great and highly accommodating. Specifically Jaafar, the head of the concierge services, went above and beyond to help us book everything we needed in Morrocco, from trains to Tangier (our international credit cards were not working on the local railway services website) to Jaafar personally taking care of our luggage transfer to another hotel in Casablanca. Everything went smooth and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Rabat Fairmont!

The Fairmont Rabat sale hotel is very nice, the staff at Fairmont Rabat is so friendly and extremely helpful. The food is amazing 👏. The chef ossama is a great chef and very helpful. I really recommend the hotel to anyone who wants an relaxing vacation.

Our stay at the Fairmont Rabat was absolutely fantastic. Everything about this hotel hit the mark. The rooftop bar was a great spot to unwind, and the breakfast was perfect, with a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms were spacious and truly luxurious, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. The exceptional service from the staff added to the overall experience, making it seamless and enjoyable. If you're visiting Rabat, the Fairmont is, without a doubt, the best place to stay.

I organized a seminar at the fairmont sale on a first week of May 2024 Our stay at the hotel and using its facilities was excellent the staff from welcoming at the reception ,Baggage handlers , the concierge was perfect and really professional attentive and helpful we had an amazing flying dinner on the roof top with DJ Ferrari until 1 O'clock Thanks to all of theme for this experience

Variety of food at breakfast, great service, super neat. Very friendly staff, very trained staff. I tried their massage at the hotel and facial and it was a great experience honestly. Loved their design in the room, very clean and modern room.

The Fairmont was no exception. It was a delightful change from what you usually expect of a business-centric hotel. We began our three-week tour of Morocco at the Fairmont. Because it is new, it has not developed a following yet and was underpopulated when we were there. Rabat has a good airport, so it is a good launch pad for a Moroccan tour.
