This hotel is very good for the room cost. The staff is very helpful, courteous and all is orderly. Although the room is small - this is how things are in Japan - everything in the room is well organized, everything works perfectly and the hotel is very quiet! Hairdryer (yes), mini fridge (yes), work surface (yes), work chair (yes), work lamp (yes), fast Internet (yes at 200-400 Mbps), openable windows (yes), AC (yes), shower and shampoos (yes), washer dryer on 6th floor, proximity restaurants an 2 major train lines (~12 mins to Namba). Of all hotels I have stayed in, in my business travels, this one stuns me for perfect functioning of everything and courtesy of the people. The Japanese people are very respectful and courteous. Slight draw back is you only get one water bottle a day... So go to 7-11 at corner and buy the large 2 liter (?) water for $0.70. Will stay here again for sure. So much bang for the buck and such kind and respectful and helpful staff! Bravo! Denis ( California)

Cute little hotel conveniently located right in front of Sakai station with all the amenities you need including a gendered public bath, self serve toiletries, washer/dryer. Rooms are small but typical for a Japanese hotel. The highlight is definitely the breakfast. This is a 3 star hotel but the breakfast is 5 stars easily. It’s a buffet of traditional Japanese breakfast dishes. You’re not going to get wagyu steak for breakfast, but every dish is extremely well prepared and tastes amazing. This is in comparison to other 4-5 star hotels we stayed at during this same trip. All in all, a wonderful stay you won’t regret booking here.

A very pleasant stay in Comfort Hotel Sakai. It’s just 3 min walk to the Sakai station. It was a business trip for me. The room is standard Japanese hotel room size. The bed was bigger than expected. Everything was immaculately clean and well maintained. Front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again.

I think it's amazing that breakfast is a free service. I couldn't get up and eat (T_T) The room was new and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would like to use it again.

When making a reservation, I made a reservation by specifying the number of adults and children as usual, but in fact it was a reservation for only one adult. It was cheap to make a reservation from this site and I was very disappointed because I always made a reservation. The correspondence of the hotel was very good.

The service is very good, the location is also very close to the station to Kansai Airport, but the facilities are obviously old, there is obviously black mold behind the toilet, and the overall living is ok.

The sound of the corridor is very loud and the facilities are not new, but I feel that I am not dissatisfied. There is no complaint because the price is cheap. However, the location is not easy to access, but I am satisfied because I can walk from the station and it was close to this destination.

I slipped into 24:00 with a sudden stay I didn't think there was a parking lot, but I stopped at an outside parking lot. It was 600 yen a day, so it's a bad thing. I can't review because I didn't have a meal. It was a non-smoking room, but the moment I entered, I smelled cigarettes. I was surprised because I didn't have a sleeping roll. and the dryer in the room was weak. and then it was almost within range.
