Both the pre- visit and actual visit efficiency, hospitality and warmth of the front desk staff was outstanding. The room was a “10” with the beautiful tree house and view. William anticipated every conceivable need and will undoubtedly be a head concierge should he continue in the hospitality profession. Each of the front desk people was helpful with our dinner arrangements prior to our arrival. We will most certainly return to this establishment. Miriam & Jud Ebersman

It’s only my first day but I’m so disappointed with the fact that it’s 90F and the hotel has barely to none air conditioning in our room. I complained and they brought a fan. Which makes it more bearable but it’s very unpleasant sitting in the room. Mael is a very nice gentleman but his hands are tied. He can’t provide us with another room. If you think the comforts of a 4 star hotel should be being comfortable in your room than find an alternative hotel. We stayed in Aix in a lovely hotel Aquabella and their air conditioning worked fine. The city is just as old. No reason to not have a working air conditioning system. Can’t just collect their nightly rate and not provide comfort. And btw the pillows are horrible.

Came here for 4 days at the start of June as we were attending a wedding in nearby St Etienne du Gres. We had a Horizon room which was stunning overlooking the beautiful gardens up to the distant Alpilles. Breakfast was wonderful. Great choice and very high quality produce. Peaceful yet right in the heart of St Remy. All staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel booked taxis for us to attend the wedding and travel to Nimes for the train to our next stop Girona. One of the nicest hotel experiences I have ever had. Thank you...

A very cute hotel as close to the center of Saint Remy as one could get. The private and secure parking was excellent. Staff were all very helpful. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again - so recommended

We wanted to thank all the staff at Hotel de L'Image for ensuring we had a fantatsic stay. We couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you also to the restaurant for a truly memorable tasting menu that was as amazing for the children as for the adult diners (with all our dietary needs)!

Ein sehr aufmerksames und professionelles Team macht den Aufenthalt in diesem geschichtsträchtigen Ort (Kinosaal beim Hotel stammt vom französischen Über-Regisseur Jean-Luc Godard, im Ort ist Nostradamus geboren und Van Gogh hat hier gelebt und u.a. die Sternennacht gemalt) zu einem sehr angenehmen Erlebnis. Wie der ganze Ort hat auch das Hotel ein bisschen 'Patina' angesetzt, aber irgendwie passt das. Es ist wirklich erstaunlich, wie viel Ruhe der riesengrosse Innenhof mit Pool, Liegewiesen und einem Labyrinth aus Hecken(!) so zentrumsnah bietet. Herauszuheben ist eindeutig das tolle Personal, beginnend mit dem Manager Fabrizio. Alle sind ausgesprochen höflich und zuvorkommend (was ja in Frankreich eher nicht die Regel zu sein scheint...), was den Aufenthalt wirklich auf ein höheres Niveau bringt. Merci.

Quelle belle surprise que ce bar d’extérieur et pas besoin de séjourner à l’hôtel (notre cas) pour profiter de cette originale et très bien exécutée carte des cocktails dans un ce cadre bucolique en plein centre de saint-Remy et bénéficiant d’un parking sécurisé … Nous en avons profité pour déambuler dans la vielle ville.en cette journée du patrimoine. Du coup nous y sommes retournés en début de soirée y manger des planches de charcuterie fromage avec un délicieux verre de vin, le tout savamment préparé par Jonathan l’homme orchestre des lieux. Bravo monsieur !

nuits hyper calmes, clim qui peut être éteinte ou diminuée facilement, chambre peut-être vétuste mais ouvrant sur un paysage de rêve, très propre, et une compréhension et un dévouement de tout le personnel, même qd on est seul(e).U,n gros pb: pas de restauration, bar + ou - régulièrement .. l'Hôtel va fermer en octobre pour plusieurs mois pour s'envoler dans les sphères étoilées .. A découvrir vite encore!
