We were there on season opening day. There were only two couples all together and we basically had the domaine for ourselves. The garden is very large, in the French style and the pool was quite pleqsant. The best part of the stay was the pleasant attention of the manager. Sasha who really took care of us. She did it all. Preparing the breakfast to our taste every morning, making reservations for dinner or preparing a simple but healthy dinner for us when we were exhausted from visiting this beautiful region. She had answers to all of our questions or demands. I highly appreciated her smile and her constant attention.

Price - performance is unfortunately very weak!!! Pool; bike and room are OK! Car charging did not work; only with a French plug! Hotel reception very badly marked! Check in is unfortunately not 5 star at all. More impersonal is unfortunately not possible at breakfast! maximum 3 stars!!!! 9:15 check out! Unfortunately nobody at the reception! So unfortunately we cannot recommend the hotel to anyone! What a pity!!!

The property is fantastic very well maintained the gardens swimming poll everything is gorgeous ! The staff is incredibly helpful friendly and competent ! The room and bathroom beautiful also all the decoration. I hope to come soon

Beautiful peaceful chateau in the countryside just outside St Remy. Great pool, very comfortable beds. Although not fully up and running yet as a full hotel (evening restaurant closed) the staff were SO nice and helpful and gave the place a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was extensive and very good. Nice homemade food available for light lunches. We stayed for our honeymoon and we’re given a bottle of fizz on arrival to celebrate. Special thanks to Joris for helping making our time there so lovely!

Wonderful chambre d’hôtes, another gem in the Domaines de Fontenille collection. The property is grandiose, with a magnificent park, pool (this pool !!!), garden, and massive plane trees - no doubt you’re in Provence. Inside the mansion, and the room, every object has been obviously selected with the best taste, you just feel at home, everywhere here. Special kuddos to the management and service team, each one of them is so kind and professional. We had a fabulous experience here, relaxing, enjoying every bit. Breakfast is opulent and tasty, and while the restaurant was closed « for administrative reasons » (shall the mayor’s office understand what Chalamon is adding up to the charm of Saint-Remy-de-Provence ?), we could enjoy some light food at any moment. We can’t wait coming back here and see a full-scale hotel operating !!!

O hotel é excelente, bem próximo ao centro da cidade, mas em uma área cercada de jardins e pequenos bosques. A estrutura é muito boa, quarto amplo e muito bem equipado. Em todo caso, e o que não diminui a nota da avaliação, o café da manhã poderia ter mais opções. O staff é excepcional e muito atencioso, mas seria bom se o hotel tivesse mais funcionários, já que muitas vezes eles estavam sobrecarrregados para atender a todos os hóspedes. Além disso, durante a noite não há nenhum funcionário no hotel, apenas um número para entrar em contato em caso de emergência, o que pode ser um inconveniente.

Bel endroit Joli hôtel Petit dej sympa dans le jardin Mais à 530 € la nuit ne pas dormir à cause du mariage dans la salle des fêtes à coté c’est un vrai souci ! Quand on le signale, on nous dit qu’ils ont fait remonter… Au prix de la chambre ne pas s’informer de ce qui se passe autour c’est vraiment très dommage… On ne reviendra pas, et on en fera pas bonne presse non plus

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux au Domaine de Chalamon. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une chaleur et une courtoisie exceptionnelles. Le personnel a été aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Nous tenons à souligner particulièrement l'accueil de Sacha et Maéliss, qui ont fait preuve d'une gentillesse et d'une attention remarquable. Leur dévouement a vraiment fait la différence et a rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Le Domaine est un véritable havre de paix, et nous avons adoré chaque instant passé ici. Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir l'année prochaine pour revivre cette expérience inoubliable. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour ces moments magiques!
