This is the most satisfactory hotel in this trip to Russia. It is very cost-effective. The room is large and well-equipped. There are pots and pans. The subway station is very close and there is a supermarket near the subway station, but we took taxis almost all the way. Before booking this hotel, there were not many reviews on Ctrip, and the time span was quite long, so I will give a real review. We checked in in mid to late July 2024. The hotel is a fashionable landmark in the area. In addition to the guests, it is also a gathering place for a large number of fashionable men and women. Not everyone at the hotel front desk can speak English, and most of them have an average English level. Please prepare translation software. The hotel wifi username, room number, and password are actually your birthday! It takes about 15 minutes by taxi from the hotel to Nevsky Prospekt, the cathedrals or the Winter Palace. The fare using Yandex is between 230-450 rubles, depending on the type of car and travel time. There are 3 supermarkets and 2 pharmacies around the hotel, making life very convenient. There is a washing machine, induction cooker and various tableware in the room. The washing machine needs to be translated through translation software before it can be used. For breakfast, each person can choose 2 dishes from 6. The breakfast tastes light and healthy, and it is not a buffet breakfast. The garden where breakfast is held is also a food court during the day and at night. The price of a single dish at each stall is around RMB 55, and the taste is just okay. The room has toiletries and towels, but they are not changed every day. You can ask for towels to be changed or toiletries to be added when the room is cleaned. Chinese guests are rare in the hotel, most of them are Russians. The decoration is very modern and the rooms are apartment-style, which is quite convenient for travel and life.

On the first day, we walked back to the train station and took the subway. On the second day, we changed to taking the bus because the bus stop is right downstairs. It takes less than 2 minutes to walk and the bus is available. It is very convenient to go directly to the scenic spots in the Winter Palace. (We went to the manual counter at the subway station to buy a three-day pass. You can take the subway, bus, tram and other public transportation. The pass actually lasts for 72 hours) The room is relatively large, with a kitchen, dining table, and sofa. Very good value for money. We booked two rooms. One is a two-bedroom suite for 4 people. The decoration is relatively old. The other is a one-bedroom suite for 2 people. It is newly renovated. It is best to ask for a newly renovated room, which feels neater.  In terms of kitchen utensils, both rooms have a small pot and a pan. The tableware includes soup plates, flat plates, cutlery, cups, etc., but there are no bowls or chopsticks. The newly renovated room has a dishwasher. In addition, there are The older ones do not. In terms of bathroom supplies, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, towels are all available. There is a washing machine but no dryer (no washing powder/liquid, you need to bring your own), but it is equipped with a rack for drying clothes. It dries quickly next to the electric heater by the window.  The only drawback may be that the mattress is too soft, which Chinese people may not be used to sleeping on. The hotel has daily cleaning, which is relatively simple, including cleaning the garbage, re-laying the sheets, changing towels and vacuuming. You need to wash the dishes yourself.  The lady at the front desk speaks English, and she is one of the few who speaks English well during our trip to Russia. You can also add hotel customer service WhatsApp to communicate your needs. In addition, since our flight was at 8 pm, we requested a late check-out. For check-out before 6 pm, they charge 50% of the room rate. For your reference. 

Hotel is very successfully located! Good breakfast for any taste. Freely changed the category of rooms to Junior Suite , a separate thanks to hotel managers! By New Year the hotel hall is very decorated! Everything liked. I recommend!!!

Впервые здесь . Расположение супер , до любого места 15-20 мин. Персонал шикарный !!  Я была с мамой ( у нее проблемы с ногами, медленно ходячая) персонал очень внимательный ,сдержанный и чуткий ! Любую просьбу выполнят . В номерах абсолютная чистота ! Кучу полотенец,постельное прям хрустит , меняли 2 раза за 4 дня. Сантехника отличная. Огромное спасибо менеджеру девушке на ресепшене и персоналу в ресторане !  Кстати на завтрак овсянка шикарная !!  В след. Году остановлюсь снова без вариантов !

Начну с плюсов: - очень классное местоположение, самый центр, выходите из отеля и вы в эпицентре Питерской туристической жизни! Все очень близко, рукой подать, очень классно для тех, кто хочет погулять-походить. - отличный персонал, учитывали все пожелания, помогали. - у меня был потрясающий вид из окна, прямо во внутренний дверь церкви 🙌🏻 очень приятно было засыпать и просыпаться с таким видом. - уборка, замена полотенец каждый день. НО ! Гигантский минус - это завтрак ! Завтрак за 1100 рублей ! Совсем не стоит того, овощи не свежие, в первый же завтрак помидоры были протухшими, от них, откровенно воняло. Редиска была подмороженной, ананас аналогично/ завешивавший. Испортило все впечатление. Кофе из аппарата, очень не вкусный.Выпечка покупная, сахарная, дешевая. В общем завтрак в отеле не рекомендую. Красная цена такого завтрака 500 рублей ! И то, я бы предпочла позавтракать в другом месте.за эти деньги можно оооочень вкусно покушать, буквально выйдя из отеля, повернуть направо и потом снова направо в сторону русского музея. 5 минут ходьбы и куча мест где можно очень вкусно покушать, разнообразно, все сведавшее. Пару раз кушали в еда маркет. Рекомендую ! В остальном все хорошо
