Traveling to St. Petersburg, very convenient hotel, apartment hotel, there are washing machines, pots and pans and stoves, although there is no time to cook, but it is very warm. Good health, good environment, the community is very artistic.

Spacious room and good location There are Chinese restaurants around It is close to most attractions. There is a Vietnamese restaurant and a Chinese restaurant downstairs. The breakfast is delicious and very cost-effective. The special chicken legs are very suitable for the Chinese stomach.

Зачем платить больше если, тебе нужно помыться, привести себя в порядок, переночевать. Обрадовало наличие чайника и даже плиты для готовки, хотя опять же для меня и это лишнее. Чистый СУ. Завтрак - шведский стол - довольно таки насыщенный.

I want to be as gracious as I can, but I think it’s fair to say that this is not a four star hotel. I don’t want to be arrogant, but as someone who has travelled 100 days a year on average for a decade all over the world and understanding STP is a popular international city with two taxes for tourism, the standards expected of four stars should be much higher - obviously. I have seen many many hotels across the world and I’m struggling to understand how this is rated a four star. Let’s get to it and for examples: the shower itself is not a standalone. It’s in the tub and that’s fine but if you’re going to invest in just having a shower in a tub as a hotel of four stars, you should have a good showerhead and this was the poorest showerhead I have had with the weakest water pressure in all of Russia over the last 40 days from coast to coast. Also, upon arrival off the train that arrived at 6 a.m. and with nothing opening up in St. Petersburg until 10 or 11 on average something, nine o’clock if going to the Peterhof, the reception has all the time in the world to educate us on things in the vicinity. They did not even offer to share with us that there are boat tours on the river a mere 150 meters away from the hotel. Strange. Rude. And well, the staff at the reception desk are not unkind or unhelpful but they are also not very trained or willing to assist or value that they are in the hospitality industry. Not a four star worthy effort. Being warmly greeted and informed of river cruise/tour boats outside of the hotel door, would be a good start. Please note that every place that claims to be a four-star and likely every room may having a balcony I suspect, but not every balcony is equal. Some have just enough room to smoke and stand. Others have enough space for a couple to sit on chairs. To further extend expectations for travellers, the price point of this hotel should not just have instant coffee in the room. Lastly, I understand that many people have raved about the breakfast here but it truly it is nothing exceptional whatsoever. You’ll get yo ur fill, surely, as it does offer a selection that one can choose from for this or that, but it is far from anything out of the ordinary, and I think these comments may just be a sell job by friends and family or farmed out and sold to hired agents, as that’s common these days. For example there was one single choice of bread, white bread, a four star hotel with a breakfast to rave about would have at least two choices of bread for toasting. Fruit choice was minimal. At least when i was eating. And at the end of the day, it’s got choices but is completely average in every way. Location is good. And it is certainly a popular hotel at least in the summer on the weekend as it was humming. But I don’t get it. Should be classified a three star all considered. Finally, the linen and pillows are very comfortable and wifi better than many in Russia. And remember to have a bath in a good size tub instead of shower for 20 minutes under low pressure. To summarize, it is not worth its price point or a four star rating. Hope this helps some travellers regarding expectations.

I'm quite satisfied. I didn't book a room with a view, but I can also see the Neva River from the room. Except for the Lower Garden in the suburbs, all other major attractions are within 2 kilometers of the hotel. There are many restaurants across the bridge from the hotel. The taste is great. It's all okay.

I believe that the SPA area of this hotel is one of the best... it is possible to spend a whole day and boring will not be... was there more than once, of course already noticeable that there is a need for cosmetic repair... from the downsides in the room there are no necessary tools in the bar, for example, open a bottle of wine, there are no dishes suitable for drinking champagne... noticeably that the level of staff has fallen significantly, it is visible by communication, answers and friendship... during the cleaning of the room took the slippers and the ENE put others, This surprise was discovered in the evening when it was planned to go to the spa zone... the appeal to the service first did not result despite assurances that now we will be called, it was necessary to make a second call and already to express an outrage, Only then reacted, but forced us an hour in the room in the coats to sit and solve the issue arising from the incompetence and lack of skills of the staff... breakfast is good, but bear in mind more than 2 days hard one and the same, repeated after a day( today pancakes, shall be cheese cheese tomorrow)... but in any case the hotel is worthy , it can be boldly recommended

Hotel location is good, you can walk to the Winter Palace, Nevsky Avenue, the Cathedral of the Savior on Spilled Blood, quiet environment, adjacent to a large garden, near the EU and Japan institutions, there are always police cars parked near the hotel, seemingly safe. The front desk of the hotel is very good in English and the service attitude is more professional. There is a small elevator that is full by 4 people. The room was small, only a bottle of mineral water was given on the first day of stay, and it was gone in a few days. The room has cold air conditioning and is noisy. In June, the outdoor temperature was about 30 degrees, and the bathroom was still heated, and it could not be turned off. It would be hot to sweat in the bathroom for a while. The toiletries are disposable and the slippers provided are very bad, similar to paper paste. Overall, location is the biggest advantage, the rest is normal.

There are welcome cookies, and the whole room looks like a Parisian room. A bit small but very retro and warm, and convenient for eating nearby. It is very close to the Winter Palace and Kazan Cathedral on Spilled Blood. It is highly recommended. The French-speaking ”doorman” at the door is also very cute and enthusiastic. When you leave, he helps you put your backpack into the car and asks you if you want to go back to Moscow. Just like an old friend, overall I love it and will stay there again in the future!
