位置比較偏，附近吃飯的地方比較少，酒店比較新，房間很大，很乾凈，沒有空調，有簡易廚房，有冰箱和洗衣機，半公寓式酒店。前台服務不是很順暢，要多收了700盧布，後面溝通了很久才把這個錢取消了。

I have been here multiple times. It is a convinient location. However, it can be pretty loud (front is toward a busy road / back is industry) and the rooms do not have air-condition. Open windows are not allowing a good night sleep. In addition there are huge problems with the service: Beds are not made - bedding looks used (I had a twin room - one bed was made, the other not) or have stains. Twice, other guest came into my room because the staff gave out the keycard twice. Once it happened while I was in the shower - the other time while I was away... the other guest used the bathroom, looked at my luggage (number keys were tried) and may have used the bed (it looked like that). I felt so violated. No compensation was offered!
