Premier Inn Guernsey St Peter Port (Admiral Park)

This hotel is in a great location and is very modern. The bay is literally at the end of the road and it is a short drive into town. The staff are very friendly and helpful , especially Ivan. I would definitely use this hotel again when visiting the island.

Great service, staff very welcoming and friendly, breakfast great! Room was clean and spacious Had a few issues with the noise within the building and outside but in big hotels it’s expected. We were only there one night so we just got on with it. It wasn’t the end of the world for us. Everything else was perfect

The manager Ian was excellent as well as all the team - shame that Premier cant supply food yet everywhere else in Guernsey can - strange felt sorry for all the staff as its winter thought there would be more staff yet the manager seemed to do it all.

Great experience here, Radha great service , Evan, Hannah also great service, will be back soon . Great service, clean rooms . Perfect stay in guernsey. . Will certainly come back. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was first class especially for gluten free.

Great bed and spacious room (I had a premier plus room); only stayed there 2 days but the premium WiFi didn’t work the entire time I was there and the standard WiFi was terrible - like a dial-up connection - so it was impossible to use it for anything other than messaging which was very poor/frustrating (especially when premium WiFi is meant to be included for premier plus). Bathroom towel rail came out of the wall when I lightly pulled a towel from it coming out of the shower. Told reception because I didn’t want to be blamed for damage, just to be told that it was well known already. They clearly weren’t planning on fixing it any time soon. Minor issue I appreciate but it is a bit shoddy - far bigger issue for me was not having any WiFi.

We’re staying at the hotel currently and over Christmas ! Ian the manager and Ahmed have made us especially welcome and other members of staff have been delightful too ! It’s a great location, very comfortable, modern hotel and we’re loving our stay….best to review when you’re enjoying the experience !
