Our beautiful surf shack inspired condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms right on St. Pete beach, which was named Trip advisor's No. 1 Beach in the U.S. in 2021 (and #5 in the world)! Our Spacious condo can sleep up to 6 guests. We strive to offer you the best vacation possible. We offer beach and shower towels, beach accessories, a fully stocked kitchen, tempur-pedic mattresses, smart tv's, a desk for working from home, and a large balcony with incredible views. The entire condo will be yours and you will have access to the condo grounds. This includes the pool, cornhole, and a private beach. We use a keypad for easy and safe entry. We can only offer 1 parking space on the grounds. If you have 2 cars, the second car will need to be parked in the nearby neighborhoods. House Rules: To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, we ask that you: No smoking No pets No parties or events If you feel that your stay may be interrupted or impacted, we encourage you to purchase insurance through the booking site for your trip. We are firm with our cancelation policy. A really great property. Everything is clean. Beach access is nice. The views are great from balcony, could see dolphins almost every morning while having coffee!

Very nice! The location was amazing! The view and accessibility to the beach was just what we were looking for! Some minor hiccups with the area being painted- but it all worked out very well. It had everything we needed! Ben was communicative and great to work with! Highly recommend!

Comfortable beach condo This is a nicely renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in a well maintained beach resort. Condo is located near many good restaurants and beach bars. Owner was great to deal with and everything was exactly as advertised. Will stay there again.

Nice Condo Great Location Enjoyed our stay at the Caprice as we love that side of the Beach. Everything in the condo was very nice. Could have used a couple of large skillets.
