I stayed here for two nights while visiting Saint Malo. The room is straight from the 80’s, floor boards make noise every time someone walks by your room. They give you a nice robe and slippers. Room has a super tiny TV and a coffee maker. Only one or two English language channels on TV. Front desk staff was great and spoke good English, can’t say the same about the restaurant staff where only few people were able to communicate with you. Food at the restaurant was very good! Every dinner received a bite size complimentary appetizer. Wine selection was weak, but wine selected was very good. Breakfast was disappointing. First night the TV flickered blue and red light in the middle of the night all of the sudden, the next night I returned to my room only to find my window WIDE OPEN. I reported it to the front desk and they were like “it’s fine”. No, it is not fine, not sure if someone had gained access to the room, or if this place was *******. Front desk girl said it was the wind, but I requested another room regardless, I was not comfortable staying there. Taxis will pick you up from the street, so be ready to carry your own bags through the garden. And taxis there only take cash. The hotel is walking distance from the beach, board walk, and 25min walk to the train station.

We stayed here after 11 nights camping throughout France. Really close to the lovely beaches. Hotel room was plush with cool cotton sheets, nice bathroom and beautiful garden, just what we needed after our camping trip. Staff were really friendly & helpful. Made us feel most welcome & comfortable. Breakfast was a massive selection of good quality nosh!

Our room number 2 was outdated and the decor was appalling. We were thankful we didn't need tge bed settee as it looked dirty and old. The TV cable was stretched vertically up the wall and there were obvious holes with filler where something had been moved. We booked this hotel as we wanted the last night of our holiday to be special. It wasn't.

We enjoyed our stay and, depending on price, would consider staying on a return trip to Saint Malo. But across the board, the property felt more like a three star than a four star hotel. Which is fine, depending on whether you are paying four or three star prices. We paid closer to four star... The staff was uneven, with some super helpful and attentive and others who were not looking for solutions and just trying to "check the box" with their service. Not worth going into, but we had a couple questions/issues that required staff interaction during our stay. Loved the location, solid 25m walk to the walled city, which may not work for all, but worked for us. A friendly, beautiful end of town (still w/ enough restaurants to leave us self sufficient).

A fuir absolument. Nous devions y séjourner du 27 août au 31 août et lorsque nous avons vu l'état de l'hôtel nous sommes parti le lendemain. Nous avions une chambre (la 210) sans climatisation, avec une moquette défraîchie, un tour de lit sale, une salle de bain des années 1980 (dans l'état): sale, nous avons retrouvé un poil dans la baignoire ainsi que des traces de savon sur l'interrupteur, pas de mini-bar dans la chambre (l'hôtel est un 4 étoiles), un emplacement ridiculement petit pour garer ma voiture alors que j'avais réservé un parking. Un personnel d'accueil à peine poli et qui vous laisse porter vos valise dans la chambre. Pour information, il m'a été facturé 243,10€ pour une nuit.

Hôtel proche de la plage , du personnel très agréable. Mais le grand point négatif est que l'hôtel manque d'un grand coup de rafraîchissement. Vieille moquette bordeaux aucune prise dans la salle de bain, super pour se raser !! La piscine est très très salle, dommage car elle est assez grande. Pas de climatisation !

Je vais commencer par les points positifs: LE PERSONNEL!!! Aimable, disponible, serviable, jeune, dynamique, souriant, plein de bons conseils. Des Jus de fruits et petits biscuits avec un mot personnalisé nous attendaient dans la chambre, c'est une très délicate attention. Peignoir et chaussons en chambre: très appréciable. Les chaussons fournis sont les plus moelleux et les plus confortables chaussons d'hôtel de ma vie! Petit déjeuner délicieux, varié, frais, avec du choix Bon emplacement dans un quartier résidentiel, proche de la plage, proche des Thermes avec des places de parking à proximité Je vais devoir parler des points négatifs: Gros point noir: l'hôtel a beaucoup vieilli, moquette sale et défraichie au sol, chambres vieillottes, confort spartiate en chambre, pas de produits de SDB (kit hygiène ou couture etc.), sèche cheveux sommaire, pas de prise dans la SDB, pas de clim dans les chambres, pas de volets, pas de bouilloire. La piscine ;((( OMG elle est froide, elle est sale, les transats sont sales, pas pratique d'y accéder, ce n'est vraiment pas un atout pour l'hôtel. Extérieurs pas terribles (je ne parle pas de la végétation qui a souffert de la canicule, ils n'y sont pour rien): le chemin pour accéder à la réception mériterait d'être plus éclairé (remplacez les ampoules dans les lampadaires) et il faudrait remplacer les lamelles de bois manquantes, ça peut être dangereux.

Presque parfait. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré un petit soucis de chasse d'eau. L'hôtel est très bien situé car à deux pas de la plage. La situation nous a permis de profiter de la magnifique promenade jusqu'à St Malo intra-muros
