The impression will depend on who will be at the reception. some workers are very nice, some are rude and arrogant. hotel stylish minimalism. lobby spacious and has a fireplace and beautiful bar. I like it. not the cleanest. on the floor in the room and in the corridors crumb. I love shower here. New beautiful gym. Some rooms have a microwave oven. Nearby many restaurants and Whole Foods. 5 minutes walk to bubble tea cafe

The staff and room was great! We only stayed one night and didn't utilize room service, so can't speak to those. If you're looking for somewhere near Forest Park, I can't recommend this enough.

酒店位置還行，但服務不行，新入住時枕頭套上有血跡沒洗乾淨，入住5天基本沒啥打掃服務，有一天毛巾都沒換，床也沒鋪

適合在地停留較長時間的旅行，有廚房配有電磁爐冰箱簡單餐具，類似公寓；但對美國酒店服務不要有什麼期待，他們人力不足、物資也不甚充足，三人房加床的被子一直就沒給😓住的客人還挺多的，美國人為主，尤其週末

房間很乾凈，空間大，離華大聖路易斯大學近，在聖路易斯附近此酒店佔攜程暢銷酒店的Top1, 入住後確實名副其實！

因為必須在華盛頓大學就近住宿，所以選了這個酒店，給了我非常好的入住體驗，我也願意推薦給朋友們。
