Ulasan Hampton Inn St. Louis-Downtown (at the Gateway Arch)

When we first arrived had to wait to be checked-in we’re unhappy at receptionist she was taking way too long trying to get us settled in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and breakfast. Problem’s I had was that I couldn’t shower like I wanted too because the shower head wasn’t working correctly. I also found a stain on the headboard it didn’t bother me because it really wasn’t an issue. I just it could have been resolved while cleaning the room.

A great hotel and one of best stays. Tho the room smelt stale and there was an additional charge for parking. The actual comfort was good and receptionist was friendly.

Staff are very helpful and nice hotel. It is walking distance to Arch

We had a great stay! Great views and close to Busch Stadium!

The view is to die for! Amazing stuff. 5-10 minutes working to the arch. Highly recommend.

這是一個連鎖旅館，雖是第一次住，感覺還不錯，房間夠大，乾淨。整體佈置也不錯。早餐很可以，除了一般的熱歺外，還提供水果。

地點不錯，可以看到拱門……清晨拍照很好。

酒店位置很好，到主要景點大拱門五分鐘走到。設施完善，接待大堂舒適；酒店衞生好，特別是酒店安保工作好，進酒店大堂各個門必須用房卡才能進，進入了酒店後進電梯也是用房卡才能上樓。而且有保安巡視，讓人很安心入住。枕頭的高度適中，是我出遊睡的最好的酒店。

早餐內容少到可憐，雞蛋糊了。不推薦。

Our ceiling leaked when it rained, the bathroom door didn’t lock and the toilet didn’t work properly. It took hours to get requested items from the front. The elevators were not working properly. The pool was closed for maintenance most of the time we were there. We canceled our last night and left early. The refund was appreciated, but I would never stay here again.

Good central location and very attentive and friendly staff. The elevator definitely needed some maintenance and the entire pool was a hot tub.

One of my rooms was not ready for me when I got here for check in. It's currently 8pm and I'm still awaiting entry to my room.

Elevators are incredibly slow we took the stairs to the 11th floor. By the time we got settled we couldn’t get to the Arch. After calling to triple check the room also had a sofa bed, the room in fact did not have a sofa bed for my daughter to sleep. The room was incredibly dirty. I’m in disbelief this room was $200.
