Great location, great host communication
House was clean and beds were very comfortable. Recent remodeling work is tastefully done and some nice improvements made.
Location of the home is excellent, very central to many of the popular spots in St Louis. Neighborhood is quiet and offers lots of unique dining and entertainment options. Communications from the host were great with fast responses to questions and very good info.
Only complaint is that the walls (technically floors) are thin. We were in the upstairs unit of this split level rental. The family downstairs was not being loud or rowdy, but in a couple of the bedrooms we could very clearly hear their normal volume conversations coming up from below. Just a characteristic of the construction of the building but something to be aware of.
