Seaview Inn

Stayed two nights. Budget-friendly, no-frills property; well located within walking distance of the cruise terminal, with tens of shops and restaurants. There is also a full-fledged grocery store one block away. Reasonably quiet after hours. The lobby is located one floor above the ground, and can be reached via a steep 20-step staircase, which is not the easiest to navigate with luggage. The room was basic but clean, with a well lit desk area. Amenities included a mini-fridge and a small safe (the latter too small for a laptop). No coffee maker or electric kettle. A/C worked well. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with everything in working order. Hot shower with good water pressure. Wifi worked well. Friendly staff. For the price paid, the property met my needs and was a good value.

We made an early booking through Seaview Inn's website, but upon arrival, our reservation seemed to have gone astray. The staff, however, promptly resolved the issue by securing us a room at the expected price. While Seaview Inn isn't a luxurious retreat, it served our needs just fine, especially given its convenient proximity to our dive boat. Locating the front door proved a bit tricky, almost blending into the building, but our taxi driver's familiarity saved the day. Navigating a narrow flight of stairs with our luggage was a challenge, and the lobby was surprisingly very warm. Nevertheless, the room provided a comfortable haven for a night's stay. Though the room exuded a dated charm, it was tidy and equipped with a small flat-screen TV, a functional AC, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathroom, albeit showing signs of wear with corroded fixtures, offered a hot shower, albeit with just one bath towel for both of us to share. We opted not to dine at the on-site restaurant, so we can't provide insights on that front. Despite encountering plumbing issues with leaks and corrosion, everything held up for our brief stay. We made it a point to inform the staff at checkout about the shower and toilet concerns. For a one-night stopover, Seaview Inn presented itself as an acceptable choice, drawbacks notwithstanding. The accommodating staff and the room's functionality made it a reasonable option for our needs.

This hotel is located right in the heart of town which is accessible to everywhere and conveniently situated near Port Zante and ferry port over to Nevis. The owner Alex is an amazing host and very attentive to ensuring myself and son were comfortable. Thankyou also to his staff who work so hard to accommodate their travellers. Alex was an awesome host from beginning to end and went out of his way to make us comfortable throughout our stay. His hotel serves as a peaceful haven amidst the heart of the action and is extremely convenient for anyone using the nearby ports. The entry stairs weren't easy for us due to our heavy luggage but he carried it up and down for us, no worries. Extra blankets were readily available. The bar was a nice place to unwind, the prices of all beverages were very reasonable, and the morning coffee was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in St Kitts who wants a clean, affordable place to stay complete with friendly people and excellent service.

We rented 5 rooms at this inn for a night in St Kitts, making our way to Nevis. The rooms were spotless, the mattresses very comfortable, and although the inn is on a very busy and noisy street near the ferry and bus terminal, they were also very quiet. The owner of the hotel and his staff were very attentive and gave us great tips to get around the island. We had breakfast and lunch there and both meals were delicious. All in all, if you want to stay at a place with character and excellent value for money this is your place.

Dieses Hotel ist absolut verkehrsgünstig gelegen. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Busbahnhof und Am Anleger der Fähre nach Nevis. Die Straße mit Geschäften und Restaurants am Eingang zum Kreuzfahrt Terminal ist ebenfalls in 2 Minuten erreichbar, auch ein Supermarkt in 1 Minute. Die Zimmer sind klein aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Dusche funktioniert einwandfrei. Es fehlt nur ein Föhn und ein Wasserkocher. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Das Frühstück à la carte ist abwechslungsreich. Es ist im Zimmerpreis nicht eingeschlossen. Es gibt einen schönen Balkon mit wunderbaren Pflanzen und bequemen Sitzmöbeln, aber draußen auf der Straße ist die Musik sehr laut. Vom Balkon aus an der rechten Seite hat man wirklich etwas Meerblick. Es gibt eine gut sortierten Bar am Frühstücksraum. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Wer mobil sein will, Trifft mit diesem Hotel die richtige Wahl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch online wurde mir hier sofort die wichtigen Fragen, bevor ich kam, beantwortet.
