Firstly St. Kitts is a lovely island, please visit this country. Note to folks paying extra for the continental breakfast. Its not what you would expect. You get the basics of "pastries, baked goods, fruits toast and tea." No proteins such as eggs, beacon, sausage or the usual item afforded to you when you purchase a package such as this one at an Internationally recognized hotel anywhere in the world . I was guided I needed to pay 8USD for (2) two hard boiled eggs. Yes, read that again. I did this on the first day and found a grocery story where i wont break the bank at that price for eggs. I sure hope Koi Resort and by extension Hilton International see this review and take drastic measures to resolve this.

The hotel is a unique boutique hotel in St kitts. They went above and beyond when Air Canada delayed our flight. The pool is small and there is no access to the beach - not sure what they can do to Address that given the sourgasm in the shore. The music can be very loud around the pool sometimes jarring with the surroundings. But, the service and friendliness of the staff is absolutely excellent

I like the cleanliness of the property and the price. It was a little difficult to get to, but no big deal. Staff was pretty nice and helpful.

The property was nice overall. I’d give it a 4.25/5 Stars. The hotel has great staff and the facilities are nice. My only issue was the shower. The water would consistently be cold to lukewarm.

The room and facilities were amazing, however it took two days for staff to clean our room which was an inconvenience. Other than that, we had an amazing time. We will definitely be back again.

Great resort and the staff was amazing. Great ocean view from the room and could not of asked for anything more. Would stay again but need a rental car if you are wanting to do anything on the island.

Staff were all super helpful and kind. Property is a tad bit isolated but driving to and from the property always felt safe. Definitely rent a car though. Pool was lovely and everything was super clean and delightful. Would definitely book again

The property was decent . The receptionist and the greeter at the entrance were both informative and welcoming. The staff at the restaueant could have been more helpful and welcoming. The housekeeping was great. The property itself was okay, wish they had more activities and actullay specify the ammenities without myself have to inquire.
