Econo Lodge Inn & Suites

We were very pleased with our stay at this motel. It was comfortable and had all that we needed. It was not far from the Reversing Falls.

Our room and the breakfast room were clean and comfortable. The facility is under renovation so some areas were dirty and cluttered with reno materials.

The bed was comfortable, but the overall facility is old and not well cared for. Some upgrades seem to be in process, but it appears to be a very slow process. The dining area still had a few old Christmas decorations in May. Overall, I wonder if there is really a commitment to make the hotel succeed.

the only complaint we had was the room had a bit of a draft so was reasonably cold, but other than that was a great stay

Breakfast buffet wasn't well furnished... And when I arrived and tried to register, there was nobody at the desk, I had to call and wait for 10 min. to see someone and register.

First of all, they told me that a Capital One card was “not acceptable” but then said they would make an exception this one time. I’ve had this card for 6 years and not once have i had a business tell me they don’t accept it and I’ve even used it on airplanes. Secondly, the key to the room didn’t work and I had to keep going back to the front desk to get them to redo it but even after all that it still wasn’t working and they had to just give me another room. Thirdly, the sheets were stained and the drawers of the dresser and nightstand were dirty with items still inside left over from previous guests. Furthermore, there were not enough pillows (only 3 pillows!) and the breakfast could use serious improvement. They also still had Christmas decorations up in the breakfast area (it’s March!). Also a very strange layout with the sink being outside of the bathroom. This hotel would be ok if you’re in a pinch and need a place just to sleep, but beyond that, it’s nothing special. I probably won’t stay here again.

Very Clean and Tidy. Need a entrance mat upon entry to the room to prevent snow melt and grit to spread inside the room. Continental breakfast very limited.

Was made to feel unwelcome, was not informed of amenities and breakfast. out side lighting was terrible and was asked to walk through snow to get to room instead of inside access that was available.

Not an upscale property but location and cleanliness were just right.
