Thank you for a brilliant stay, from the warm welcome by reception on check in, to the final goodbye on leaving. The standard of the room was very high, clean, and fresh. The bathroom was spotless. The room was very quiet during the night with a peaceful sleep. I stayed for 2 nights at the end of my time in Jersey. The staff were so friendly and made my stay enjoyable. Dinner on my first night was exceptional and to a high standard. I started with the chicken goujons, followed by a very tasty steak cooked to perfection. The meals at premier inn all over the uk are from the same basic menu, but the friendliness of the staff and the quality are what counts and here at Bath street they shine out......the bonofii cheesecake was one of the best I have had in a long time. Breakfast on both days was of a high standard with quality and choice. The whole stay was excellent and made special by the whole team....well done Alan and thank you again. I will definitely be back when in Jersey.

Alan was great and gave us some great advice on where to visit. We had a comfortable bed and great room with all required amenities. Great location as well and access to the beach within a 20 minute walk through the town centre. Near to shops and supermarkets as well which was a bonus

The staff is very helpful. Specially Alan at reception is very kind and helpful. The facilities are amazing and they understand the guests and their needs very well. Highly recommend and will come back for sure. There was always someone on the reception and always keen to help which is so refreshing.

Not the best Guernsey was better - the manager there cared think his name was yan - could do better - not enough staff - people running around waiting in room for an iron - long wait - food not the best and a grumpy fatish blonde lady moaning think she said she was on a visit from UK head office or something
