St Helens Coastal Resort

This is a lovely peaceful caravan site. We had van 77. Decking was big with comfortable outdoor furniture. Beds and Sofa was comfy. Good Location, can walk to bembridge and the beach easily from the site. The local Pub the vine was friendly and inviting. Only a couple of minor *******. All the important areas were clean in the caravan, but perhaps not a great attention to detail (probably because cleaners are not given long enough to clean the vans) for example cobwebs in the windows and bathroom floor grubby around where the toilet and floor meet. Also the lady who called us to say we had missed the check-in window and would have to check ourselves in was unfriendly and abrupt. Lastly the outdoor pool never actually seemed to be open despite the opening times on the gate stating it should be open. But overall we had a lovely peaceful stay and would happily stay here again.

What a wonderful place. Accommodation was exceptional. Location is quiet and easy to get too. We all had a fantastic time and cannot wait to return. Staff at the resort were friendly and very helpful and attentive. Local pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

Girls weekend away (without kids) We stayed in a 3bed Lodge with hot tub all I can say is we definitely enjoyed ourselves nice and quiet relaxing Nikki at the reception was so friendly and helpful we didn’t have enough towels so went in reception on way out to the beach asked for some and by the time we was back they was there for us also Gary (the hottub man) was brilliant went out his way to make sure we all was happy nice to have chat when sorting the hot tub out recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing quiet weekend definitely booking for next year

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night break at St Helens resort. The van was very clean and in excellent condition, well equipped and comfortable…everything we needed. The site itself is in a great location, well kept, nice and quiet as we like it. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We look forward to returning again this summer, Thank you!

Great little holiday park. This is a great base which is exactly what we were looking for, we didn’t want entertainment / arcades etc. we stayed in a luxury caravan which comes with decking and outdoor furniture, nice a cosy and very clean! Loved the doggy gifts and the handy things such as cloths, washing up Liquid etc! 5 min walk to a premier shop, on site laundrette and outdoor pool. Easy to get to popular attractions. Grounds are well maintained. Tesco nearby Only downside, when we booked it advertised the pool however it didn’t actually state it wouldn’t be open during our stay which was a let down, however, this was quickly rectified when Nikki offered to look in to this and also gave us passes to sister holiday park Whitecliffe bay which was also really nice! Reception staff and maintenance guy super friendly!

The caravan it's self was lovely. We had a 3 bedroom luxury caravan with a hot tub. Couldn't fault any of that at all. We enjoyed ourselves in our group of 3 adults and 1 child. Was clean, and would more say it was a lodge instead of a caravan. The only thing we could fault was the website stating entertainment passes and the same with the paperwork we got when we arrived, there is no entertainment in the resort, and fail to see where it would even be at all. We had been previously a few years ago, but again we saw no entertainment or where there would even be any. So very misleading to us. Again also the pool, although we spend alot of time in the hottub and enjoyed ourselves, the pool from our first and latest stay didn't look as appealing as again Is made out. Now the latest time was closed but the first time we went wasn't, its quite small and can't see alot of people fitting in around it which could be a problem when families go on school holidays etc. Other than those two things the holiday was very good, we would personally go again as there is still plenty to do as long as you drive. And the resort and staff themselves are lovely too.

We really enjoyed our long weekend here for our wedding anniversary. The caravan was lovely and well equipped, we booked one with a hot tub and were not disappointed with it, the tub was spotlessly clean and was perfect to relax in following a day looking around the island. We particularly liked that the park was a quiet one….(hence why we chose it on this occasion), there’s no entertainment, no bar/clubhouse, no arcades and no kids clubs. There is a small play area, outdoor pool and laundrette onsite. There is no shop on site but there is a premier convenience store less than 5 mins walk away. Would definitely recommend this site for couples but due to lack of facilities this definitely isn’t a park you would bring children too.

We stayed in this Fabulous Indulgent 2 bedroom caravan . Gravel paths so no mud if rains. The park is very clean and staff couldn't do enough keeping in touch prior to stay . We were very happy with the quietness. It is advertised as this . It states all that is on offer and whats not on offer . No issues during our stay . Wifi wasn't great but not an issue . Nice to be off grid plus plenty of places to use wifi if thats your thing , like the local pub the Vine inn which we used twice while there 5 min walk . Local shop well stocked 5 min walk . Bus stop main road 5 min walk . Didn't use pool as had a hot tub which was lovely size , but pic included anyway . Stayed on for 2 hrs so checked out at 12 . Previously stayed in Whitecliff bay in a Rockstar with hot tub didn't use facilities there , St Helens caravan park beats it handsdown as we prefer the peace . Re Booked to stay again 1st day of arrival as so impressed with park .

We stayed in an indulgent caravan and were very impressed with it. Spacious, modern. Double range oven amd fridge freezer. Microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Only downside is the WiFi doesn't work. There are smart tvs with Netflix & Disney plus access but you can't connect. You really need it at this resort as there's no clubhouse for evening entertainment. There is no onsite restaurant it's very remote.
