Moulin Royale

We stayed at Moulin Royale as part of our travels around France. This B&B is the best we have ever stayed in. The owners were warm, welcoming and helpful with great tips. The room was large and immaculate, with every accessory you could want. The furnishings are gorgeous. They even had a mini-bar with a great selection. The grounds are stunning, with little spots where you can sit and relax. We didn’t use the pool as it was too cold, but it looks terrific. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Mouline Royale is an absolutely exceptional guest house, and my family and I had the most wonderful experience staying there ahead of my and my fiance's wedding in August. Mohammed and Wade are both incredibly attentive, friendly and thoughtful and really made our stay extra special. The guest house itself is beautiful; the rooms are all absolutely gorgeous, the grounds are idyllic, and the salt water pool was glorious. To top everything off, Mohammed and Wade also made sure that we had everything we could possibly want in the lead up to the special day, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. I can't recommend Mouline Royale highly enough. We're already plotting our next trip back! Abi

I have been meaning to write our review since we spent a few days at the wonderful Moulin Royale in early December last year. I / we could not have found a more relaxing and sensational boutique hotel, if we tried. We arrived late evening through electric gates to the most wonderful looking house. The owners were welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were fabulously decorated and very well furnished, and so clean. The beds were very comfy and the bathrooms were a touch of luxury, as was the breakfast / lounge area. Moulin Royale is within easy reach of Paris. We also headed for the local towns and villages to see the castles and experience the local culture. A great way to spend the weekend. We cannot wait to stay again. Maybe in spring or summer this time, if only to use the pool! Thank you Moulin Royale

We were just looking for a hotel for a stopover on our way back from Brittany and came across this unique beautiful hotel. Everything is very well maintained. We received a very warm welcome and our room left nothing to be desired. Selected accessories, appealing pictures, very well-stocked minibar, comfortable beds, fluffy bathrobes and much more. The breakfast, in particular, is unbeatable. Wonderfully set tables, the finest crockery, special drinking chocolates, high-quality teas, delicious pastries and pleasant music. I have to wonder if I have ever had a better breakfast anywhere. I don't think so. It was overwhelming and I will gladly return to this special place. Guests are pampered. Difficile de réserver auprès des copropriétaire qui ne parle pas français et étaient à l’étranger. Quatre appels/sms pour y arriver…. Bâtiment magnifique. Parking protégé très accessible dans la propriété. Accueil agréable sur place par un monsieur « dépannant » les copropriétaires ; Chambre ouverte avant notre arrivée et restée très froide jusqu’au lendemain. Heureusement deux couvertures de dépannage. La télévision ne marchait pas malgré de multiples tentatives par le monsieur nous ayant accueillis. Décor original de la suite au parti pris très noir. On aime ou pas. Logement globalement très propre et lit très confortable sous couette et deux couvertures! Salle de bain parfaite ( très propre et très bien organisée) bien chaude, elle, mais stores ne fonctionnant pas. Petit déjeuner dans une très belle salle au premier étage avec superbe décoration. Très beaux couverts et vaisselles, mets copieux et diversifiés mais pas assez de café pour prendre une deuxième tasse et lait au goût rance, très désagréable. Et impossibilité d’appeler l’accueillant sans repasser par l’accueil au rez de chaussée et le sonner. Décourageant… Aucun geste commercial ( une bricole suffisait!) pour absence de télévision, froid de la chambre et désagréments du petit déjeuner.

Excellent établissement où mon mari et moi même avons été invités par un couple d’amis pour un anniversaire surprise pour une nuit. Les chambres sont très bien décorées avec originalité et bien chauffées. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié. Le parc est très bien entretenu.
