Our room was in the basement with a view of the land!!! You could make out a semblance of a swimming pool and the sea in the distance!
I found a clump of hair stuck to the shower tile!
Other than that the bedding is good...
However, the breakfast is not up to par.
Scrambled eggs are not good. We also ordered an omelet (more than 15 minutes of waiting)
Restocking is not done regularly. There was no more cheese, no more orange juice! No fruit yogurts, only plain! It's a bit expensive, 18€/person.
I will not return to this hotel..

Le meilleur moment de mon séjour Mon moment préféré a été le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse. Déguster des fruits frais et des viennoiseries maison au lever du jour. Qualité de la chambre et du service La chambre était spacieuse et d’une propreté irréprochable. La literie, très confortable, m’a offert des nuits reposantes. Quant au service, il a été irréprochable : l’équipe de la réception et le personnel de ménage étaient toujours disponibles, souriants et attentifs à mes besoins. En résumé, j’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Exsel Creolia et recommande vivement cet établissement pour découvrir La Réunion dans un cadre chaleureux et confortable.

Cadre joli. Plats sympathiques et joliment présentés. Bon sans plus. Service un peu long (on a attendu assez longtemps pour un cocktail et deux softs). Le dessert était cependant très bon. J'avais précisé qu'une partie de mon thon n'était pas tendre mais ça n'a eu aucun impact.

Nous souhaitions un cadre agréable pour une soirée apéritive. Le cadre y était. Le service, lui, était minable. table non essuyée malgré nos réclamations des restes des clients précédents. Une seule personne au service ; le responsable du bar. SEUL. Inadmissible pour un pseudo hôtel 4 étoiles. Et un tableau des choix apéritifs avec des fautes d'orthographe.... Ainsi, nous avons pu lire "Petits Apréitifs" et "5 brochettes de poulet accompagnés...."
