Shop 200 m, shopping centre 4.5 km, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Saint-Aygulf La Poste" 350 m, railway station "Fréjus" 5 km, sandy beach "La Galiotte" 1 km, shingle beach "Calanque des Louvans" 30 m, park "ARECA" 800 m, diving center 6 km, thermal baths "Thalasso de Port Fréjus" 6 km. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 8 km, sailing school 7 km, riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand, Lunapark 5 km, Fréjus 6 km, St Raphael 8 km, St Tropez 29 km, Cannes 47 km, Nice 71 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Auron, Isola 2000 150 km. Apartment very well located in a quiet residence with private access to the beach. Small downside however for the exterior blind which does not work while the sun hits the terrace in the morning
