We have stayed at this hotel three times, and all three have been excellent. The only reason it doesn’t get five stars is because the elevator is the slowest I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and take the stairs! Mary & Carol are excellent breakfast and happy hour hosts (and all other times, too!). Shadelle at the desk was charming and very helpful, even happily moving us to a new room when the one we were given had some funky odor (I feel bad about that too, because little did I know that my own grandson’s feet would stink up the one we moved to...) Rooms are great and comfortable. Nice amenities at and around the pool. Bike rental on site. We’ll always stay here when in St. Augustine.

Hotel is permanently closed. It was sold in January and I was not notified by Radisson My reservation starts Friday Had to find another hotel quickly. So dissatisfied with Radisson. Please remove from your listing. It's a shame it was a beautiful hotel.

We stayed here for our 3-day trip to St. Augustine. We found that the room was very clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was good and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff we interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. There is a shuttle to the downtown area, but it is also a short walk. There was plenty of parking in their lot. The wi-fi speed was very good for streaming video. The only negative I can say is that the body wash bottle in the our shower was empty upon checking in.

My husband, adult daughter and I stayed here when we evacuated from Tampa due to hurrican Ian. The entire staff were wonderful, accomodating, and fantastic. As it turned out, the hotel was in an evacuation zone almost by the time we got there. Since we had a reservation, they honored it, along with about 10 other rooms. They feed us meals (not included in the cost) every day and made us as comfortable as possible. It was like staying with family. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The location would have been fantastic if the weather was good and it was great for our circumstances as well. We parked our car in a nearby parking garage to ensure safety and they offered us rides to get provisions (liquor store). Couldn't have been nicer and more accomodating. I would definitely stay here again.

I am only giving this a 2 due to the beds. They were so uncomfortable that one night I slept on the couch. We left a day early only due to the uncomfortable beds. The staff were great. Place was clean. The pool and whirlpool were nice. We didn’t eat breakfast or take advantage of the coffee bar. There are some good restaurants near.

So gross! I found blood spots and a bed bug on our 5th room fold out couch mattress, then when we asked for a room change, and got a second floor room there were still spots on the mattress cover on the pull out , a tell tale sign of bed bug infestation. The front desk told us “ We’re not the kind of place that has bed bugs” and refused to give us a refund without a manager when we left late at night with our young child. I can assure you that there are. I wish I had taken photos m, but we wanted to get everything put as soon as possible. I will never stay at this disgusting place again and am highly suspect of any Radison property at this point. I am very disappointed since it seemed like such a lovely property otherwise. I would give 0 if could based on the experience of not getting an refund after 2 bad rooms.

This was a perfect property for a weekend stay. The room was extremely spacious and meticulously cleaned. The location is fantastic, easily accessible to many of St Augustine's attractions. Most noticeably, the staff here was just amazing. Each front desk agent, every time we passed by, was so outgoing and friendly, it just made for an excellent stay. The woman that checked us in during the evening shift was so welcoming, and extremely helpful and informative. The woman in the mornings was equally friendly, and greeted us every time we walked by the front desk. I highly recommend this property!!

From calling the front desk and speaking with Laura, I was properly informed on everything I needed to know from check in to check out. The other staff members when checking in were very kind and ALL had a smile on their faces! I have NEVER been to a hotel where you immediately felt like family! This group of women certainly went above and beyond any place I have ever stayed to make me feel welcome. I would NOT hesitate to stay at this hotel short term or long term. What a great environment and fun place to stay. Please don’t check in somewhere else… check in here! You won’t regret it. Thanks Samatha for all you did too! I am one happy camper!

After a long day of travel mishaps it was wonderful to walk in to the smiling faces of the hotel staff. Bird who checked us in was amazing and chose the perfect room for our family. I cannot say enough about the front desk staff. The second day we realized we should have brought my dads wheelchair because he already started looking tired and the days activities included a lot of walking. Michelle and Laura not only looked up mobility assistance options, but went above and beyond to help us. The hotel is beautiful, clean, we had coffee at the café and Laura made us delicious macchiatos (and I’ll be going back again for some morning mimosas and poinsettias! We come to St Augustine often and have stayed at many hotels throughout the years, but the Sebastian Hotel Radisson is by far our favorite and will be our new go to place to stay. Bonus: they are extremely dog friendly and we were able to bring them and include them in our family vacation :)
