When we arrived we went to a table to check in. Was never greeted, lady just started typing on her computer. A few minutes later she then asked for my ID and Credit Card. Still at this point, she never said anything too me. Then hands me a piece of paper and says "Highlighted areas". I asked her what she wanted me to do and she again just said "Highlighted areas". I at politely asked her what she needed me to do in the highlight areas, she stated "I shouldn't have to tell you". I asked at this point why she was being so rude, she stated when we came in she said hello to us and we didn't respond. There were 3 of us that walked in, if she did say hello, none of us heard her. Regardless, if she did or not, this is not the way to treat a guest.
This was probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Not only were the employees (All) very unfriendly, but the room was not very clean. Charged us $15 for parking, which was not listed on my booking. Room was not very clean. Stayed in the King Suite, which had a fold out couch, but no extra sheets and pillow were provided and there was no chance I was going to go and ask for some after we were already treated. Restaurant was never opened the entire stay. When we checked out, I walked down and handed the, same lady as the night before, my keys letting her know we were checking out. She just handed me a printed receipt and never spoke to me or made eye contact with me.
While at the hotel, we read all the reviews, I wish I would have read them prior to booking. For the price we paid, our stay should have been much better. I've stayed at Days Inn, for a lot less than what I paid for this hotel and had better service. . This was one of the first times we've used Trip.com and not sure if we will use it again.
