Breakfast had a great variety.
The room was not carpeted and the floor was sticky. Smallest bathroom I have ever had at a holiday inn express

Room was remodeled beautifully. The plumber did not do a good job installing the shower handle and unfortunately scratch the nice tiles. The toilet paper holder was not properly attached to the wall and eventually will fall and crack the wall and floor tile. Our stay was great, these little things is for the management to view as a friendly note. The lady’s at the dining room was great and hard working but the man was looked in the little room by the refrigerator on his phone. The manager was amazing, running around making sure all is well and even cleaning the tables are dining room while the guy was looked in the back.
Will come back again, everything was good and we thank you got a beautiful mini vacation in St Augustine

Breakfast area a bit too small and Breakfast items took too long to get filled up once's empty.
We booked a double Queen since we arrived with 3 Adults.
In the room we saw that the sink was actually in the bedroom which was a no go for us. So therefore, we tried to change it to a double Queen with a complete extra bathroom. The receptionist told us that this was not possible. Luckily Ms. Tashay Ingram was also at the reception and about to leave. She took her time, walked us to another room and asked us, if this would do... we all were happy and we were assigned to this room instead. During our only 2 night's stay, we saw Ms. Tashay a few times and she was always so friendly and kind...she is such a nice Lady! Thank you!

They just renovated and looks great. The bed and pillows were comfy. The free breakfast had good options just closes a little too early, at 9:30am. The pool was too cold for us but the hot tub was nice and hot. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the nearby local food options. Walking distance to The Amp.

Great location. Internet was very very slow. Breakfast area is extremely small and poorly laid out, food quality and quantity were great. I felt sorry for the lady trying to keep everything filled because there was only enough room for one person at a time in the food line.

Appeared to be short staffed. Waited 30 minutes in line to check in even though we had a reservation. Never received clean towels even though we requested them. However, the breakfast was delicious and the room was clean.

We didn’t get the room cleaned because they were short staffed. Only incoming rooms got cleaned. Had to get clean towels, coffee from front desk. They tried to be nice but not picked up rooms or lobby was a turnoff.

No personality at the front desk the night I checked in. I walk into my room and the AC thermostat was laying on the ground in pieces so I was able to put it back together after a few minutes. Then I went to go shower and realized there were no towels in the room. The shower head was very dirty and did not put out much pressure and the water temperature fluctuated at random. Bed was alright as far as comfort, but it was a very noise bed whenever I moved. TV remote was pretty old and dirty, who knows when it was cleaned last. Breakfast was decent, no complaints-standard breakfast. Front desk lady in the morning was friendly. Good location with a mini golf right next door and a few minute drive to the historic downtown area across the bridge
