This newly renovated, second floor condo is located on Anastasia Island, a quick 10-15 minute walk downtown, 1 mile from Anastasia State Park and less than 3 miles to the beautiful beaches of St. Augustine.
Walk two blocks to watch the sunrise each day over the Conch House Marina or unwind on their waterfront deck with a happy hour cocktail! Many of Anastasia Island's best restaurants are within a 5 minute walk!
Excellent location in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The Bridge of Lions is less than a mile from the condo! Be downtown in under 15 minutes and no need to worry about finding parking!
Walk or bike to Anastasia Island State Park (just over 1 mile away) and enjoy the pristine beach or various hiking trails.
A short 8-10 minute drive and you are at the beautiful beaches of St. Augustine. Plenty of free public parking at the beach!

Centrally Located
Very comfortable, Enjoyed our stay. Short driveTo beach, State Parks, and the historic district as well as Golf courses and shopping centers.

Perfect location
Space exactly as advertised. great kitchen, sofa very comfortable. Location is awesome. Perfect length walk over the bridge. I would recommend. The stairs up to the unit are slightly inconsistent in height, watch your footing. I would stay again.

Anastasia Island Stay
Perfect location for taking in the sights in St. Augustine and on the island. It is one block off of Anastasia Blvd. and traffic can be loud at times. Laundry facilities are available in the building and are easy to use (phone app).

Great Place
Everything was as pictured. Nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. It was super quiet and an easy walk to historic area and plenty of local restaurants. Good coffee shop is right out the door. We would definitely stay there again!
