Worst ever hotel I stayed, TV not working, shaky/damaged table & chairs, No hot water, shower not working, door lock is worst & damaged, Mrng breakfast booked for 4 member's, then planned to skipped, Eventhough evening bills just 300 not adjusted.

The hotel room is not at all good. The amenities are also not available as mentioned while booking the room. The food quality is very unbearable.

It was good and pleasant stay at the property . Food was good . view from room was excellent . Enough parking space

I have changed three room because of unhygienic atmosphere, all three room are not clean mosquito there bed is not clean all dust in the head side area, the new room they give me is smelly, but the working (cleaning and restaurant)staff are good their behaviour is very kind and polite. overall average stay because of the room discomfort not going to review good because we have given money but do not get comfor accordingly.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Royal Park Resort Hotel, and I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. To begin with, the hotel manager, Mr. Sunil Thakur, openly admitted that they offer lower prices just to secure customers, but when the time comes for the actual stay, they assign the most disgusting rooms imaginable. This was incredibly disappointing and felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. The issues didn’t stop there. We were quoted Rs 400 for dinner, but when it came time to settle the bill, we were suddenly told that the number of guests had been increased due to a ridiculous "minimum guest" rule. As a result, they charged us for 12 additional guests. While the amount might seem minor compared to the entire booking, it speaks volumes about the lack of integrity of both the manager and the general manager. To make matters worse, when we tried to reach out for clarification, they wouldn’t even pick up our calls, giving excuses like being on leave or attending a conference somewhere in Himachal. This lack of responsiveness is completely unprofessional and frustrating. Additionally, they charged Rs 350 per person for refreshments consisting of tea, coffee, a sandwich, and bland pakoras. For the same price, you could have had a full dinner at another hotel. It was a total rip-off and extremely disappointing. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The service, management, and pricing are all completely dishonest, and my experience here was an absolute nightmare. Avoid this place at all costs!
