Lovely hotel, our 4th visit. Staff are super and location is good. Hotel has has a refurbishment but we were very disappointed by the air conditioning which was extremely poor, worse than it was in previous years. Also there was a terrible problem with the pool water - it seems to now be being treated with a different chemical, instead of chlorine - but the pool water very quickly turned ALL of our swimwear green, very green, and they were all ruined - it didn’t wash out, even with proper fabric wash, I even tried soaking in vinegar! It didn’t wash out once home either and has permanently stained green and ruined all our swimming costumes, rubber parts of my child’s goggles, and my watch strap. Even my daughter’s skin and hair turned green and it would not wash off!! I complained to management several times and they fobbed me off saying it was due to sun cream but it was not this (I went and bought 3 other makes to try) and the green staining was happening to everyone. This for us really spoiled our stay, along with the very poor air conditioning and because of these 2 faults we will be unlikely to return, which we are sad about as it used to be an excellent hotel, it was previously faultless, but the manager has changed in the last couple of years, and the hotel appear to be trying to reduce their costs, the quality of the food was also noticeably less good than the previous year. Overall, disappointing.

Great Majorcan hotel company
I’ve loved the Protur group of hotels for over 30 years now.
Their staff are amazing, I always feel welcomed and safe which is important for solo travellers.

Många roliga aktiviteter att prova på
Mycket fint hotell med flera pooler och med väldigt trevlig personal. Vi gillade särskilt tillgången till så många olika aktiviteter. Det finns allt möjligt att prova på: klättervägg, minigolf, padel, tennis, luftpistol, bågskytte och drivning range. Alla i familjen var supernöjda!

Disappointing stay in a tourist-heavy town
We recently stayed at Protur Sa Coma in a town that epitomizes the mass tourism experience — from sunbeds reserved with towels early in the morning, to identical kiosks lining the streets. Our experience, unfortunately, left much to be desired.
We booked a double room, expecting two separate rooms as shown in one of the pictures online, but were given a single room instead. This was particularly challenging as we were traveling with small children and were not allowed to bring any food into the room, which made snacking difficult.
Upon check-in, the staff failed to provide us with the necessary bracelets for our all-inclusive package. This oversight led to us paying for drinks out-of-pocket, which the hotel refused to refund. Moreover, the all-inclusive package was underwhelming, offering little more than the three main meals, with no additional food options available throughout the day.
The children’s pool was not heated, which was a problem for my son who couldn’t enjoy it during the first few days of our stay due to the cold water, until the weather finally warmed up.
Overall, our stay was frustrating and did not meet our expectations for comfort and convenience, especially for a family trip. I hope the hotel takes feedback seriously and improves these aspects for future guests.

Greit hotell
Helt greit hotell. Vi hadde tre rom med balkong mot hovedinngang, ikke spesielt triveligt. Ikke nok solsenger for alle gjester så man må kapre seng før kl 9. Bassenget ser større ut på bildene 😉 Grei nok frokost
Et lite stykke unna stranden, men gå avstand.
