It was OK! The beds are comfortable but the kitchen was very lacking in utensils. The cleaning staff didn't sweep or empty the bins. I had to complain to reception to actually have the room cleaned properly. You have to pay a €10 deposit for any cooking equipment ie. Frying pan. The room check in time says 2pm but we had to wait nearly an hour to get in our room after a long travelling time cause the room wasn't ready cause of staff shortages!. The staff are friendly.

This holiday was a very last minute and for the price we couldn't grumble. I wouldn't of wanted to pay more as it is a very basic hotel and rooms were dated. But they were clean, spacious for 2 adults and 2 older children and we were only sleeping in there which the beds were very comfortable so wasn't a big deal on how outdated it was. But I would say the staff were all so lovely, friendly and welcoming. The food was nice over all, not much choice but I find that better as we don't over eat. I would say the pool bar wasn't good as you couldn't get drinks from there and the food was very limited and over cooked. Disappointed the gym was closed but only due to getting updated and new equipment so not anyone's fault. The evening entertainment wasn't for us but that's personal choice. The pools are smalls but for the size of the hotel they were fine. The indoor pool was great and my 2 children were happy with the choice. You do have to pay a deposit for plastic glasses around the pool but I understand the reasoning for this as there's no waste with glasses and over drinking. The location was perfect and there was lots of room for hire cars and local bus stop near by. There is so much to do in Calla Millor, Sa Coma and surrounding areas. Beaches were beautiful. I wouldn't personally say it's a 4 star overall but location and staff i definitely would. I would return for the right price

Very very basic for the price of the holiday. Hot breakfast was barely warm at opening time on the last morning. A few ants running around im the room even though there was bo food crumbs. Gym closed all 3 days. Staff very helpful, can't complain there but overall very under whelming if I'm honest. A super expensive package holiday with a very basic choice of food at breakfast. Didn't have any other meals there. I have stayed in miles better hotels for 60% of the price with same or similar ratings.

Amazing staff very friendly and helpful. Overall great holiday. Food delicious. Hotel is spotless. Great Pool and Sunbeds area. Rooms are dated but very clean and comfortable. Nice quiet location very pleasant short walk to Sa Coma or Calla Millor.

Wonderful staff and a big welcome from the moment we walked in. Great atmosphere at the hotel and we met a lot of other likeminded couples. Hotel is clean and has good facilities like the pools and gym and saunas. Breakfast was delicious but best to get in there early as it does get overcrowded. Great value for money and felt right at home. As always, we booked a private transfer and it was great for us.

We stayed at this hotel from 23/9/24 - 3/10/24.The hotel was lovely.We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was roomy.The sheets were changed several times & towels changed every day as was the room cleaned daily.Reception staff were very friendly & helpful.The pool area was lovely but beds & tables were not cleaned on a daily basis /lots of trees & birds around which would necessitate daily clean.Otherwise we could not fault this Hotel.
