The boutique hotel "Usadba Seehof", located on the first line of the Ruza reservoir, reflects two main fundamental values laid down by the founders: love for guests and nature. Being here, every guest feels very close and long-awaited, thanks to the individual, targeted approach and sincere care of the staff and owners of the hotel. And the purity of the surrounding nature and the absence of the usual urban influences and noises allow you to disconnect from worries and devote time and attention to yourself and your loved ones. On the territory of 7 hectares, there are only 12 unique rooms, each realized in its own individual style.: 7 townhouses (with one double or two separate beds) and private patios, with an area of 67 sq.m., 4 cottages with 2 bedrooms and a chic private terrace, with an area of 90 sq.m., 1 luxury townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 private patios, with an area of 112 m2. A variety of European cuisine, mostly with Mediterranean roots, provides guests both in the restaurant and gastro pavilion, and with the help of room service in the rooms and on the pier. On the territory of the boutique hotel "Usadba Seehof" every guest has the opportunity to receive a wide range of services: rental of a swimming pool equipped with a counterflow and saunas, all kinds of massages, boat rental (both rowing and motor) for walks in the water area, fishing with a gamekeeper or independently with the rental of a powerful fishing boat, swimming on sapboards and kayaking, sunbathing both on the pier and in the private patio area of your own room (sun beds, umbrellas and tables are available on request).
