Overall not an outstanding place. I stayed here for one night and I could not wait for the night to be over. Although the linen was clean and comfortable, the room itself was not clean and had a lot of dust. There were spider webs everywhere and even more so under the tables, in the showers, and in the bathroom. This was quite jarring as you’d expect that they should have cleaned the room when replacing the linen etc.

The rooms are smelly. Bedding dirty (pillows). Breakfast start @07H00. I had to leave at 06H00 so was promised a lunch pack. None available in morning, nobody at reception. The dirty dishes were stacked in reception when I left and flies were sitting on it. Drunk people partied until late, screaming very loud. This place is a mess. Day visitors took all parking. I had to park in sun. Looking outside from my bathroom window the garbage was pilled up and blown by wind. This place a health risk. Will never go there again.

Breakfast often ran out in the morning
It rained on Christmas day, the roof had leak and rain water could be seen coming down the ceiling along the wall,
One staff member setting up the tables and preparing the dining area for guests

Awesome property to stay in, only downside is that there are no family rooms that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Although we managed to improvise to book 2 rooms next to each other the option was financially expensive,

It was absolutely perfect! No complaints, beautiful place, clean and safe! And the breakfast was absolutely nice! Loved the nature the beautiful trees and the garden is spectacular. Totally recommend this Guest House

The stay wasnt nice didnt sleep much Its was super hot and the aircon was not working Atleast there was a pool The breakfast was okay but there wasn’t enough good or juiced served. We we greeted very friendly but the vibe and culture made us feel as family unwelcome

The lodge was very nice in a secluded location. I was offered an option of rooms to select from. The staff were efficient and friendly. However, many of the basics were missing. Wifi was not available in my room although my room was central. Only about 6 TV channels were available. No A/C in my room. The shower tab had fallen off so I had to shower. They had an issue with their liquor license so no bar service was available. This could be so nice but unfortunately fell short in so many areas.

Sheets look very worn out.New sheets needed,as well as new towels&kettles.Kettle in my room had rust.Kettle in my friend’s room wouldn’t close.Lodge has 1 iron which was broken.Pls have at least 3 working irons.

We had a lovely stay at Thaba Legae..the breakfast is to die for,but what would be the whole stay without our brother FRIDAY? That man deserves all the praises,he sure knows his job, how to well prepare for it and treat the guests. He's a ⭐
