Really happy with how our holiday went. The staff are very kind and helpful and the hotel is well-managed. At breakfast there is so much to choose from, it is all made fresh and the staff are happy + quick to restock the empty areas at breakfast times. The rooms are very clean with pillows so fluffy and light we always managed to get a great nights sleep. It’s great for when you are going to Europa Park and the hotel is very secure. Overall lovely experience and very impressed.

Brilliant hotel, reception staff very friendly and breakfast (buffet style) was enjoyable to set us up in the morning. There was a bus to Europa Park and then it was a really quick walk home after leaving the park (via Spain if I remember) Only thing to consider is if you’re leaving early hours to catch a train that there isn’t many options to get to train station, we paid a fair bit for a taxi but not the hotel’s fault obviously. Theres a Lidl 5-10 minutes walk away and the Hotel Colosseo has a few good options for dinner, not too costly, with great theming.

A great choice for a trip to europapark! The Hotel is spotless clean, great location near the park, parking possibilities and offering a nice comfortable room and a great breakfest. Good service and nice staff.

Excellent hotel. The size of the rooms is good. The breakfast buffet is very wide and tasty. There is fresh fruit and the pastries are delicious. The staff is extremely kind. There is a shuttle to get to Europa Park.

We stayed in the daily room which was huge for a hotel room and even had a little balcony. The beds were very comfortable, best nights sleep of our trip. Spacious bathroom also. Hotel very quiet after hours no problems sleeping. Great variety at breakfast including fruit, vege, cereal, breads, deli meats, various cheeses, bakery items, yoghurt, hot items. Spacious dining room with staff on hand. Reception provided helpful advice on how to get around. Very close to shuttle and a supermarket. Highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Europa Park or Rulantica.

Für mich äusserst fragwürdige Menschlichkeit! Keinerlei Kulanzbereitschaft und keine wohlwollende Grundhaltung mir gegenüber. Sehr schade, dass die Betreiber nicht an einer guten Lösung bzw. Alternative interessiert waren und auf Paragraphen pochten. Für mich kommt das einer Bereicherung gleich.

Secondo anno in questo hotel per tre giorni all'Europa Park e confermo ciò che ho scritto nella recensione precedente, è un hotel che ha tutti i confort , buona colazione , situato in zona hotel del parco e quest'anno si poteva pure entrare in modo comodo proprio dagli ingressi al parco degli hotel a 5 minuti a piedi. Cordiale e simpatico il direttore siciliano alla reception che ci ha dato "in Italiano" tutte le indicazioni e ci ha prenotato il taxi per trasferimento in stazione l'ultimo giorno. In alternativa agli hotel del parco è molto consigliabile!

L'emplacement est bien, à mi-chemin entre Europa Park et Rulantica, mais attention ! On ne peut pas entrer à Europa Park par le quartier espagnol car l'hôtel n'appartient pas à Europa Park (on peut sortir par là par contre), il faut faire tout le tour jusqu'au quartier allemand. On y est allés en voiture, parking bien organisé et ticket de parking gratuit à la réception de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner correct, chambre assez spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Wifi non fonctionnel dans notre chambre (205). Très difficile de s'y connecter, et connexion instable et inutilisable. Réponse très variable du personnel auquel nous avons signalé le problème (3 fois): "c'est parce qu'il pleut, il faut attendre que ça s'arrête". Jamais vu un Wifi impacté par la pluie !! Une autre: "c'est pareil dans tout l'hôtel, on n'y peut rien". Faux, dans le lobby ça marchait correctement. Un 3e: "je m'en occupe, je le signale tout de suite". Mais ça n'a rien changé. Je soupçonne que cette chambre au bout du couloir est simplement trop loin du point d'accès près de l'ascenseur, il en faudrait un autre, et/ou trop d'interférences avec les Wifi des bâtiments voisins, on en voit beaucoup. C'est dommage car ça aurait été bien utile pour regarder la télé en français après une grosse journée fatigante dans un des parcs... On a utilisé nos téléphones portables, mais limité à l'étranger avec un forfait Français. Aucune chaîne Française sur la télé de la chambre malgré la proximité de la frontière et le nombre de clients Français.
