Ein feiner Platz am Neusiedlersee, ruhig, schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Leider wussten wir nicht, dass der Parkplatz vom Strandbad auch zum Hotel gehört und man durch den Schranken fahren muss.

Comfortable hotel in a nice environment. I would stay here again. Just scrambled eggs and bacon on the breakfast would need some improvement. :-)

Wir waren für einen Familienausflug in Rust. Von der Kommunikation davor war alles perfekt, wir konnten auch das Frühstück um eine halbe Stunde früher beginnen weil wir zu einer Sponsion mussten, hat alles super geklappt. Jedoch hätte man auch sagen können, das die Rezeption nur von 08:00-18:00 besetzt ist, was ich für ein Hotel wirklich fragwürdig finde. Jedenfalls war das auschecken erst um 08:00 möglich, das für uns etwas zu spät war und wir es danach eilig hatten. Die Zimmer sind für den Preis eine absolute Frechheit. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, in den „frischen“ Handtüchern waren Haare der Vorgänger, die Duschkabine könnte eine extra Portion Pflege vertragen. Wir schliefen in einem DZ Deluxe, P/Nacht 170€. Finde ich nicht gerechtfertigt. Frühstück ist ok.

Maybe we were extremly unlucky but our 1 night stay was a disaster. Here are are the reasons why I could not sleep: 1. Our room faced the Katamaran restaurant on the lake side, shere there was a loud music until 23:00. 2. The room was on the first flore where all the rooms are under the roof, with 1,50m hight at the end. The whole floor was very hot, and the aircondition was so noisy that I had to swirch it off. 3. The bed was only 190cm long, so too short for me. (Never expereienced this before) There were other smaller inconviniences, like TV under the ceiling, bathroom too narrow, window cannot be opened 180 degree because of the courtain, … I made pictures about this inconveniences what I showed to the receptionist, but the only reaction was: we are sorry. (20-30 % discount would have been more effectiv) I do not say you should forget the hotel since it has a very good location but be careful when choosing a room.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Wasser. Im Endeffekt aber wird der Blick auf den See nicht in Szene gesetzt. Das Haus bietet keine großen Glasfronten oder die Frühstücksterrasse würde besonders nett zurecht gemacht sein. Zimmer sind in Ordnung, Klimaanlage kühlt angenehm. Ausstattung ohne jegliche Details - Gefühl einer Jugendherberge. Im Bad ist der Kosmetiktuchhalter festgeklebt und der eigentümlich konstruierte Toilettenpapierhalter gibt kaum Papier her. Beim Frühstück fällt auf, dass der Kaffee echt mies ist, der Saft sehr verdünnt und die Wurst-Käse-Auswahl sehr Basic ist. Alles in allem eine nicht sehr überzeugende Erfahrung mit viel zu hohem Preis versus Leistung.
