Parking is shared with other guests staying in the triplex. IMPORTANT TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: *This is the middle unit in our triplex so you will share front porch with other guests. The units are attached so it is likely you will hear and see other guests during your stay if they are booked. This is a new build cabin in a development called Cabins on the Cumberland. We are building 11 cabins and an event venue expected to be totally complete in 2025. Please note that we are still under construction but have made it possible for guests to have a wonderful stay as we bring this to life. You may see and hear our crew during your visit, but since the property is so wonderfully spread out, the noise is usually minimal. Our boat ramp is suitable for kayaks, canoes, and 18-foot or smaller fishing boats. You must have a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle if you plan to drop your fishing boat in as the ramp is gravel. And finally, you are in nature so please be mindful that insects and wildlife live here too. We do have monthly pest control service.
