The hotel is close to heliport. Room was ok but no AC even in temperature like 30 degrees how one can live? Fix items menu for dinner like hostel . You don’t have choice in case if you want Khichadi in place of rice they say they will charge you extra. My booking was one night. I checked in 23 September evening around 3 pm . Morning of 24 September I had helicopter booking so I left keys with their staff in morning at 6:00 AM without doing any breakfast. I returned from Kedarnath at 11:30 AM and I see my luggage was kept in a small cabin behind reception. The staff behaviour is very hopelessly including their manager they didn’t gave a space to change our clothes neither offered water they asked to organise luggage in reception ( small cabin type reception) .

Lovely resort. The staff were very helpful polite friendly and attentive. Always smiling and did go above and beyond. Mr Manish [restaurant] Mr Pritam [reception manager] lucky and all staff were really great. Special compliments to Mr Manish and Mr. Pritam . I would recommend this resort and would definitely stay again. They made me very welcome and made me join food . Thank you to all the staff and the chef

The resort does not deserve 5 star review at all. I visit this place as part of religious visit and for me special due to my sister who passed away recently. They are all lazy workers. They don’t show you all facilities I. The resort and the rooms are not good. They bathroom was wet and sink tape had white brush spit marks. The toilet roll had green mouldy marks as well. The staff are not helpful at all. The room wall had damp marks and when I asked they said it’s because of paint. Really awful. If thinking of coming here then don’t. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
