I really don’t like writing bad reviews but need to be honest. We arrived and could find no parking spaces in their car park (which isn’t free i might add). We were told if it wasn’t parked in a bay we would be fined so be warned. Husband parked car down the road away from travelodge and we walked back. We checked in got to our room for night and it was horrible. The room stank, the bathroom was dirty, room was tired and mouldy. We asked to be switched to another room, it was bigger, didn’t smell but didn’t feel particularly clean either but at this point we just wanted to sleep. Bed was so uncomfy, worst night sleep we have had for a long time. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t very nice, cooked breakfast was cold, all i had was baked beans and a sausage as nothing else looked edible unless you like coco pops and toast. I wouldn’t recommend this travelodge to anyone

Absolutely disgusting room was damp with mould dirty. No covering to bathroom window.sheets where dirty. The noise was horrendous.

I really only needed a place to sleep for the night and the room was clean if a bit tatty feeling. The hotel is an old building and I suspect suffers from the normal problems you would expect. The room was too hot for me and I only found the radiator thermostat asbi was packing to leave. No aircon. However the biggest problem was that there was no hot water for the shower. . I didn't have a chance to let the hotel remedy this as I was in a rush to leave for a meeting.

We have stayed at this Travelodge many times over the last 10 plus years. More recently we have been staying one night every week since January. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are always clean and have been warm on the winter nights. Beds are comfortable. Such good value for a stay in Tunbridge Wells.

Rooms were very clean, staff were great especially Ian he’s a very lovely bloke made my experience a lot better very kind and welcoming. The price's were good too so overall very good experience at tunbridge wells travelodge. Highly recommend.

Wonderful! Stayed here as part of a stop over for a wedding we were attending in the area. Staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble! Highly recommend. Very clean and amazing value for the money- will definitely be back! Thank you
