This hotel is in an excellent location in Leamington. We love how central it is to our family and their homes. We can stay with family if we like, we are always welcome, but we also like to stay in hotels so that we do not disturb their routine too much. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff are wonderful and friendly. The food was delicious and well cooked. The beds were nice and comfy. The bathrooms were clean and always replenished well when required.

Excellent location comfortable beds and room quiet. The single bed had no lighting so not so good for an adult. Good shower room. outer entrance automatic door not working and very heavy. Heating/air conditioning variable. bar shuts early- before 10 pm when we were there weekdays.

The customer service is outstanding The staff are all amazing, Lead by a fantastic manager. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet but everything was hot and well cooked. In the evening 11 of us ordered different steaks cooked different ways and everyone got it cooked exactly how they had asked as a chef I appreciate the level of skill needed to pull this off. Everything was totally faultless.

Lovely room spacious and very clean . Well designed room gor space with a good sized bathroom. Looks like the hotel has had a refurb to a very high standard. Only glitch they have stopped offering decaf tea bags. The bar next door that covers the good offering is great, staff couldn't be friendlier.

The location is perfect, along the lovely high street and near the beautiful pump rooms and park, right in the main tourist area. It is just a few minutes walk from the theatre. There is a small supermarket next door and lots of restaurants within walking distance, although I’d advise booking as they do get busy. The hotel has a historic facade but the rooms are modern. The family rooms with 3 beds are spacious, though you do put your luggage on the floor as there is limited storage. Parking in St Peter’s multi-storey is convenient - just round the corner - and reasonably priced. You can pay by app and it seems safe and secure with lots of cameras around.
