房間基礎設施都有，比較寬敞整潔；唯一缺點是不提供拖鞋，雖然自備了洗漱用品，沒想到酒店已經不提供拖鞋了。如果需要清潔服務，需要告知前台，不然他們不會主動來打掃，其他都挺好的，前台人員很熱情，早餐是標準的英式早餐自助，還有可頌麪包酸奶水果等可供選擇。

Regular guest for business - hotel great location, clean spacious rooms, breakfast good. Greeted by Ellis who allowed me to check in 20mins early which was really helpful as I had just come off a long train journey, very friendly and welcoming. Ann, working on the reception desk checked me in and was quick, polite and friendly. Staff here are a credit and make the stay pleasant, breakfast restaurant staff also really welcoming and helpful.

Lovely room spacious and very clean . Well designed room gor space with a good sized bathroom. Looks like the hotel has had a refurb to a very high standard. Only glitch they have stopped offering decaf tea bags. The bar next door that covers the good offering is great, staff couldn't be friendlier.

The location is perfect, along the lovely high street and near the beautiful pump rooms and park, right in the main tourist area. It is just a few minutes walk from the theatre. There is a small supermarket next door and lots of restaurants within walking distance, although I’d advise booking as they do get busy. The hotel has a historic facade but the rooms are modern. The family rooms with 3 beds are spacious, though you do put your luggage on the floor as there is limited storage. Parking in St Peter’s multi-storey is convenient - just round the corner - and reasonably priced. You can pay by app and it seems safe and secure with lots of cameras around.

Premier inn have now decided to charge £15 for early check-in , we paid this for 40minutes ( my wife's Idea) this will definitely make us think again about using them as it seems to be a thing now. The room was quite noisy as the door was next to the bed , overall not the best but the location was ok and there is parking nearby. Wouldn't stay again though.

Lovely room, slept well, clean and well maintained Premier Inn. Disappointed with the eating facilities, without warning we’re told we could not eat in the restaurant. Difficult then to find somewhere close by for 6 of us on a Saturday evening. No advance recommendation to book into the Bar and Block for our evening meal, (there had been issues in the morning with the computer system so cash only, no card payments) staff member abrupt and commented that ‘the young members of the team couldn’t work without computers! Sunday morning very busy for breakfast, told we should have booked a time slot (not mentioned anywhere after arrival)

Had to move rooms to find one not facing an air conditioning unit , then found bed mattress too hard for our liking so a very poor nights sleep. However on a positive a perfect central location for exploring leamington. Free parking can be found at edge of Portland place west, a 10 min walk from hotel.

Stayed with in a family room to visit Warwick castle close by in half-term. Friendly and helpful check in and breakfast staff. Good central location. Comfortable, clean room and plentiful and tasty breakfast. Ticked all the boxes that we needed!
