Very minimalistic, almost too much. Call me old fashioned but what happened to the days of tv and tea making facilities in your space. Nowhere to hang hand towels had either hand towels or floor mat, not sure which. Otherwise, staff friendly and welcoming. Great location near Greenwich centre , slightly longer commute into central but cant complain too much

New hotel, nicely located with transport 10mins away and supermarket 3mins away. Room was clean and service was good

The room is clean and great. The staffs are so helpful. The location not bad. However, the hair dryer need to charge £10 for the entire stay.

First time staying here - it's some sort of self check-in hotel but there was friendly staff onsite who were very happy to assist.
The room is very minimalist - you'll have a bed and that's about it. So it feels a bit overpriced for what you get (considering you get water/coffee/tea in other places for the same price). I probably won't stay there again, only if location is very convenient.

Due to having a few multiple search webpages open at the same time I accidently made my reservation for the wrong date, which didn't show until the payment had gone through. I immediately contacted customer services and explained my error and that I wanted to book a more expensive room for the next day. Customer services contacted the hotel, who declined to help amend the booking, I lost my money, so I didnt end up staying there at all, and wont consider staying there in future.
Very poor customer service considering what I wanted to swap to would have been more profitable for the hotel and they were not fully booked that night.
