10 mins walk from Central station . The breakfast was good .Lovely!😊

The location was realy good. Near the city center and central station. The hotel was easy to find and the check in process was realy easy and smooth. The only downside was the mattress which was not realy the best or confortable for a longer stay like more than 2 nights.

Bon séjour, l'hôtel est situé proche de la gare en ville. Chambre calme, spacieuse, comfortable et bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner est un buffet qui offre du choix.

Pas de chauffage à notre chambre, mais je note 7/10.

Ik ging met een vriendin een weekend naar Rotterdam. De ligging van dit hotel was ideaal. Centrale ligging, 10min wandelen van het station en het centrum. Ontbijt is tot 10u, maar dat wil dus ook zeggen dat er om 10u niets of niet veel keuze meer is. Ook hadden we via Trip gevraagd voor 2 aparte bedden en we hadden we eenmaal daar 1 dubbel. Doordat de kamer altijd vrij warm is was dit niet zo aangenaam. We sliepen ook aan de straatkant waardoor we wel wat lawaai van de straat hadden. Kofiemachine en waterkoker op de kamer met gratis koffie en thee was een plus

Chambre très spacieuse et moderne Confort ++ de la literie / très grande salle de bain et douche. Service parking à 13€ avantage à prendre en compte ! Tram à 5 min ( acheter des billets avant sur internet) Sinon 20/ 30 min à pieds du centre ville, maison cubique et des bars du port. Petit déjeuner très varié produits de qualité et dans une belle pièce lumineuse Personnels très gentil

地點一般，Wifi好。早餐食物充足。發生一件不開心事件，我倆人最初是幫酒店租2天單車去遊覽，他們每部車一天13元,2天25元共收我100歐元現金，其中50元是2天租金加50元訂金是有收據給我的，最後我決定加多一天單車去海牙玩，所以我21號約5時回酒店時跟當值小姐說要租多一天，還給單車匙號碼她看，這時她叫我給25歐元就可以。我就給她25歐元現金。但她沒有給收據我。到了22日我交單車匙給當天當值小姐（不是收我25現金那位），她跟我說記錄中我祇付2天單費沒有第3天記錄，我跟她說是她另一位收的，她堅我們沒付款，她連找其他女同事問一下都不做，只說我們沒有第三天收據。就將我們訂金50元-26元。找回24元給我們。無奈又要多付26歐元，我倆英文又不好沒辦法，因沒拿收據。這裡提大家什麼都要收據。這間酒店到最後令我好失望和氣憤😤😤😤。

早餐很豐盛，房間也比較整潔

The road access to the hotel was closed, but no one informed us before arrival. The car could be parked several streets away if we borrowed the key in the reception and then you had to walk back and forth, no possibility to drop of luggage neer the hotel. The hotel was under restoration, but the room was surprisently fine and newly renovated but freezing cold. No possibility to turn up the heat ovrer 23 degrees and with very cold weather outside and leaking windows, that was far from enough.

Our stay was quite enjoyable. This hotel is a good option for a short stay, as we were there for two days. The price-quality ratio is fair. The staff was friendly from the start, with quick check-in and clean rooms. The breakfast was varied and we found it worth the cost. However, be aware if you're visiting around February 2024. There are construction works next to the hotel, making access inconvenient as you have to navigate around the block. A point of improvement would be the quality of the windows. Street noise was quite audible at night, which was slightly bothersome. We also found it strange and unsettling that the cleaning staff would knock and enter our room after just a few seconds. This happened on both days of our stay, once at 9 a.m. and again at around 4 p.m. Despite leaving the "do not disturb" sign on the door, the room was still cleaned, which we didn't quite understand. Tip : if you use the elevator, you have to keep the floor button pressed for it to move!

Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff, good location & good breakfast with lots of choices. Pillows were the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. But that was the only negative.

Staff was friendly, room was small but tidy. Quite warm though and I had noisy neighbours. The interior of the staircase is slightly outdated, but the room and breakfast room were fine.

Nothing fancy here - clean and well maintained with a decent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Aside from the breakfast, no services to speak of. Room was clean, but rather soulless, with an institutional feel and a very soft bed. Nothing at all unpleasant to report, but would likely look elsewhere on a next trip.
