Ulasan Rock Solid Backpackers Rotorua

The rooms itself were not the cleanest with stains on the carpets and bedsheets. However its very near rotorua central and super convenient to walk around. Note that the walls were really really thin and during my stay, other guests were super noisy and it really ******. That could have been better. Otherwise, it’s pretty okay.

Great location and friendly stuff

Clean and tidy, the staffs were friendly and helpful, close to intercity bus stop, many restaurants and cafes around there, and nice view from their balcony!

バスの発着地からもナイトマーケットが行われる中心地にも近く、とても便利な宿です。 キッチンなどの共有部分も結構綺麗でした。 部屋は同室の人の使い方にもよるとは思いますが、バックパッカー向けの宿としては綺麗な方だと思います。 若年層の利用が多いのか、遅い時間まで部屋でワイワイ騒ぐ人が多かった印象です。 支払いについての問題が少しありました。 事前支払いにしていて、クレジットもちゃんと引き落とされているのにチェックインの際に再度宿泊費を請求されました。マネージャーさんから返金はしてもらえました。 宿と提携会社との連携不足が原因とのことですが、事前支払いにしていてもチェックイン当日にしっかり確認した方がいいと思います。トリップドットコムに問い合わせたら深夜にも関わらずすぐに対応して下さいました。感謝です。

위치가 너무 좋았고 스탭분들도 친절했어요 저는 더블룸으로 머물렀었는데 생각보다 방도 크고 환기도 잘 되어 있어서 나쁘지 않았네요 ㅎ

酒店所在位置不錯，泡温泉走過去幾分鐘，附近吃飯的地方很多。 住宿很安全，廚房乾淨設施多，就是晚上有的吵。

性價比高的青旅，環境也很可

The staff were so kind and friendly. The kitchen was my favourite part. Very spacious and doable. The rooms were clean and tidy. Our group slept really well. The people were very friendly. The lounge is very spacious and good. The showers was nice and hot and clean.

Great location in Rotorua. Very roomy facilities and multiple kitchens, showers and toilets. Lots Activities within the hostel and next to an indoor rock climbing facility and movie theater. Walking distance to convenient stores and restaurants. What can be improved? Sharper knifes in the kitchen and coffee maker.

Amazing stay. Pretty clean facilities for a hostel, friendly and helpful staff, dorms were decently sized. Overall one of the best hostel stays I've had. Only notes are that top bunk beds don't have rails and (at least in my room) there were no outlets near the beds. On the plus there were cupboards to keep your stuff, just bring your own padlock! If looking for activities to do while you're visiting, there are tons of pamphlets in the lobby and staff has many good recommendations (plus discounts for certain places so make sure to check with them before booking)

Single and double rooms available in a very central location in Rotorua. The business has all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay with the Thursday night Food Market, Eat Street, Polynesian Spa, Lakefront and shops only a short walk away. I can recommend the Buffalo Restaurant on Fenton Street and the Icecream, Bubble Tea shop next to The Warehouse in the Mall. A very relaxing couple of days.
