Fasilitasnya relatif tua dan kebersihannya rata-rata. Bekas warna hijau terlihat di bak mandi. Lokasinya bagus dan dekat dengan danau. Hotel ini mengenakan biaya parkir, Kolam renangnya kecil, airnya berwarna hijau, dan suhu airnya sangat rendah. Pemandian air panas ini memiliki 6 kolam kecil, merupakan sumber air panas alami dengan bau ganggang hijau dan belerang lumayan dan suhu air sedang. Di hotel ini banyak rombongan tour luar negeri, dan pelayanannya kurang baik. Apalagi Ctrip bilang check-out jam 11, tapi keesokan harinya jam 10 ada yang mengetuk pintu untuk membersihkannya. ruangan, yang sangat mengganggu. Dan kamarnya tidak bisa dibatalkan, jadi akan lebih mahal jika kita memesan terlebih dahulu. Jika kita memesan di hari yang sama, kita bisa menghemat lebih dari 400.

Tepat di sebelah Danau Rotorua, hanya beberapa menit berjalan kaki, lingkungannya indah dan sarapannya pilihan yang bagus.

Tidak jauh dari danau, saya memesan kamar dengan pemandangan danau, tetapi sesampainya di kamar, ternyata pemandangan sebenarnya kurang bagus. Kamar mandi terutama tirai showernya agak aneh, selalu menempel di badan, dan tirai shower di kamar kami berlubang sehingga terasa kotor. Sarapannya relatif sederhana, tidak ada yang istimewa.

Saya memesan hotel ini untuk 9 tamu kali ini karena saya sudah mengatur hotel ini sebelumnya. Lokasinya sangat bagus, lingkungannya asri, bersih dan higienis. Layanan hangat.

Hotel is in need of a renovation. Stayed for 4 nights with my kids in a suite but was given 2 towels everyday. We ended up requesting for extra towels every evening. Sofa bed in the suite is ridiculously uncomfortable, springs can be felt through the sheets. Coffee machine was covered in a layer of dust. A piece of bacon/meat was stuck beneath it. Ended up not drinking coffee for the whole stay. Kettle was covered in gunk and half filled (obviously not washed since the previous guest left). Have ask the front desk to have it replaced. Instead, housekeeping poured away the water and remove the spout filter without even washing. Room came without hair dryer. Have to request for it. Consumables are not topped up daily, have to request shower cap daily. The Junior Suite have a odd looking white spot light. Obviously an after thought to try to brighten up the room. But it's position in such a weird position. So it's either having a bright spotlight shine right in your face while watching TV or you live with a dimly lit room. Overall very bad experience. A dated room can be well kept with a team of service oriented staff to make it a pleasant stay for the guest. This Novotel is obviously trying to do the very opposite. (On the up side, front desk staff are very polite) I've stayed in other Accor hotels before, this stay is by far the worst. Will not return.

Have stayed here several times before, but first time that rooms weren’t ready until 3.5 hours after check-in time. Housekeeping was under the pump as the hotel was fully booked. But front desk staff tried their best to appease frustrated guests and their service standards are much appreciated. The rooms were great once we got them!

They have great customer service. Are very polite and easy to talk to. The only two sad things was that I asked for our room to be cleaned while I took the kids out in the morning around 8. But when I arrived back in the afternoon around 4pm, it was not yet cleaned. Also the shower head was very hard to use. Maybe it has some plugging issues. The water comes out outwards, not focused in the middle.

First stay at this property. Checkin process was not up to major hotel standards. The staff was impatient and unhelpful with some of the questions we had eg. with the parking situation with this place. They only had 1 person at the check-in counter and there was a long line. Hence, she looked rather stressed and impatient to address questions that guests had. Hotel is right next to Eat Street.
