last minute stay due to potential inclement weather the night before a business conference in town. had frequently visited the hotel for conferences before, so I was familiar with it and the area. in late, out early, great customer service both times.

The hotel was nice with a unique design. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast decent and coffee was good. We had a few complaints. The bed was very hard. The sheets were scratching. Also, there was a lot of street noise and trains would use their horns late into the night.

We have stayed here for the same event over the course of five years. We noticed a gradual decline in the facility, UNTIL this year - new carpet, cleaner, and other improvements. Highly recommend it, now. The only disappointment is their breakfast - it's always the same and about a 2.5 out of 5: overdone "eggs," biscuits and gravy, cereals, yogurt, fruit, waffles. I suspect that since this is less important than the room quality, it will be addressed once the building facilities are finished. I still recommend it.

The staff were kind, and understanding. The price is nice and reasonable considering a (simple) hot breakfast is included. My kids and i enjoyed ourselves.

The rooms with double beds were extremely small. The coffee maker did not work and the shower head had uncomfortable pressure. Kids did enjoy the pool and hot tub.
