Had a 50th celebration here was excellent ,the staff could not be more helpful the food and selection brilliant anyone wanting a party or celebration I can really recommend here. Xxxxx. Xxxxx. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxcccccccccccc

Large room . Very dusty , I found a pair of dirty socks behind a set of drawers . The waste bin was filthy with used tissues under the bin liner ! Should have asked for a refund really but was just happy to get out of the place if I’m honest . Very disappointing for £62 room only .

Went on a Christmas Dinner. Parked car at front car park . Sign said guests and visitors to pay £3 for 24 hours parking , fine £100. I set up the RingGo app and was charged £3.60. Went inside and there was a screen where you had to key in car registration number. Others had not paid. A member of staff appeared and stated 'it was my fault I had paid and just had yo validate my car inside on the screen '. I replied it was not my fault as I had followed instructions stated in the car park! Also in the ladies toilets, one was out of order, all other locks were broken except one!

Cheapest hotel I could find in the area for the arena and Meadowhall so we didn't expect much. Staff were lovely but room in need of a good clean and a new bath/shower. Lots of noise and shouting outside our window till the early hours, think they had a party on or something. But for the price you get what you pay for and if you just want a hotel to get your head down for the night it does the trick

Great stay at good value comfortable bed and clean linen staff friendly and helpful Room spacious and new tv a plus Car park charge surprised to be very cheap at £3 and found it secure No dinner facilities yet but handy takeaway opposite Breakfast basic but fresh and hot Will be back

This hotel deserves 10⭐️ for the customer service alone. The lengths they took to make wife and newborns stay whilst i was away was outstanding to say the least. I visited for work purposes and brought wife and newborn daughter along for the week long stay. They'd gifted us a beside-me cott for the baby without us asking(unbelievable catering if you ask me) they replenished our milk tubs, coffee saches, tea bags and towels for the following morning, which were left neatly on the oak table outside of our room (Shocked again). We hadn't even finished the last lot nor did we ask. An abundance of care is what we received during our stay. From cleanliness and safety, I have never been more appreciative of a hotels effort in my life. Forget the name brand hotels. Go there. I worked in sheffield (20min drive away) rather than spending a small fortune at the regular PREM or TRAV... hotels go there. That's a customer service review. Price wise? brilliant I stayed 6 days and added a day, for half the price of a full day of a family suite -495 i paid in total. Bathroom facilities brilliant, power shower brilliant Hot water (scalding hot) brilliant Breakfast options fry ups (veg/non veg) cereals, fresh juices, teas, coffees. Served to my table (no get your own plate and seat yourself) restaurant service. Brilliant. Bar for drinks brilliant. The rive around the area is surrounded by farms and country houses, live stock and very picturesque. Brilliant scenery. Shops nearby, CO-op, Gregg's, subway off licenses all minute drive or 5min walk away. And the restaurant goa across the road, oh my God the food there is perfect. I actually can't say enough. This is where you want to spend your money for a stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all day long.
