Ulasan Baymont by Wyndham Roswell

The light over the sink was out and the light on one of the nightstands was out. I did not call service the night I arrived as it was late. The room was clean.

There was bed bugs and I can't sleep 😞

Roswell is a great place :) and this place is indeed a great place to spend for a few nights. Hot breakfast is a big plus and the room is very clean! We love it!

Property was nice. Nothing fancy. The rooms are big and had a microwave and fridge. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. They even have an alien pancake maker which was neat. The staff need to work on being more professional but other than that we had a nice time.

Everything was excellent except the difficult wifi and the door key readers were causing several people problems. Great price good location no and average breakfast.

The room was spacious and clean, almost everyone was very helpful at the front desk, and very friendly EXCEPT the lady with the blue hair. She had a nasty attitude and walked away from us at the counter. I’m not sure if the thinks it’s funny or what but she needs a reality check on how to treat guests. The washer machine ate our money twice but the front desk replaced it! Pool was open and clean enough. It was super cool how they had fliers with local alien attractions, breakfast was enough and they promptly refilled anything that was empty. I’d stay here again!

Elevator not working and lots of unsatisfied people. Did not stay at hotel cancel reservation. They tried to give me third floor with the whole family and kids no

Thus place is kind of a dump. The manager, the one with blue hair, is terrible. Shes rude, and thinks its cute. Do not stay here whatever you do.

Room key didn't work, shower water pressure was poor, room dirty, stains on walls, carpet had not been vacuumed completely clean, elevator didn't work one day.

Our first room had damaged doors but was actually cleaner than the second room we asked to be moved to. The carpets were disgusting, stained and dirty. The bedding was missing coverlets just a thin sheet like material on the top. The stairwell was dirty and littered. We were too tired to ask for another move.

Elevator was down on last day. Was unable to stay an additional night because it was already fully booked. Our first choice for stay on this area.

I had no water pressure to shower. The front desk staff never answered the phone. I had a king apartment for 2 days with 1 small trash can in the bathroom. I work nights at the hospital and while I was trying to sleeping the people over me sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling children must have been jumping I notified the staff of my issues in person they never offered to fix them
