OYO Hotel Hacienda Don Luis, Rosarito

Paid online for 2 nights mid week. Don't ever stay here. The booking said that all fees were included. When I was checking in the desk clerk tried to charge me a deposit of $86. But after she did some checking she decided it was only $20 for the room key and tv remote. The key was something like a 1950's motel key. No electronic lock. The door lock could have been opened with a butter knife. The sliding window was behind something that looked like a bookcase. The window was kept locked by a wooden board. The room was freezing cold without a heater. Only a thin quilt on each bed. Holes in the walls where the utilities had been worked on and never closed up. 2 beds but one night stand was not in the middle, only on the side of one bed. One lamp was missing a lightbulb. One large chair in the room. Yet the listing said the room could accommodate 4 people. There were only 2 of us. Hot water lasted only a few minutes. Not even long enough for one shower. The road inside the property was rougher than a goat trail. Shame on the online travel services for even listing this place. Only one good thing to say. The floors were very clean.

Мы приехали с мужем в этот отель отметить Рождество. Нас заселили в номер, который не соответствовал фотографии на при бронировании. Работники отеля отказали в замене номера , а также сказали , что связаться с дежурным менеджером невозможно. Отель абсолютно не охраняется и можно всем свободно заехать на территорию отеля. Номера очень грязные с запахом . В окне мы обнаружили дыру от огнестрельного оружия. Горячей воды нет и краны в ванной комнате протекают. Потолки черные от грязи. Мы пытались связаться с агентами booking. com.. , так как помощи от работников отеля мы никак не могли получить. Но пока ответа от booking. com мы также не получили . Я не рекомендую никому останавливаться в этом ужасном месте .
